Literally we drove up and down North Chadbourne looking for this business! The brick and mortar business is located in historic downtown San Angelo down the block from the old Coca Cola building and caddy-corner from Dix Key Shop. We showed up early last Friday morning and she set up a demo for us for the colors we wanted, demonstrated the satin materials as well as the organza. We absolutely fell in love with the organza! classy, elegant and most of all REASONABLE PRICES!!!! We are signing a contract with her for our wedding and are super excited about the overlays and chair sashes we are renting for her, it will break up all the "white" in the hotel's tablecloths and white bridal hydrangeas in my centerpieces! She also has lots of other items for rental, vases, pillars, chairs, etc. Everything is separated by color, she has some already displayed so that you can easily view the colors available in the actual materials you would be renting. Apparently if you also need decorator services they can go out there and decorate the space and let your family rest and relax while they beautify your space. If you are planning a party in the area, come check them out. I was given an estimate a copy was made for reference and we are going to secure a contract. All is good in the world (sigh of relief...) I ordered a plant for my mother as a token of my condolence for the loss of her beloved pet. The plant I selected from their website was just what I was looking for (or so I thought). I was actually impressed with the delivery time- so that was a positive. However, when my mom sent me a picture of what was delivered, it was a sad excuse of a succulent and definitely NOT what I ordered or what was represented on their website. See the pictures for yourself. Sadly, I had to tell my mom I'm sorry for the plant that arrived because it looked pitiful. My mom had to take time out of her day to drive to the florist to show her what was delivered, thinking the situation would be supported with customer service--it was not. It was neither service nor customer friendly. The "florist" presented excuse after excuse, rather than being supportive and making the situation right. Finally, after much dispute and back and forth, the "florist" replaced the plant with a new container-this took 5 days! The replacement was better but still not what was ordered. And to add offense to injury, "florist" wanted the original container returned. Are you kidding me? I will never use this florist again. Customer service is simple: listen, know how to apologize, take ownership, and go the extra mile. They must be drowning in business because none of these approaches were taken, so they don't need my repeat business and they don't need yours!
