This is the place to go if you're looking for some quality without breaking the bank. We purchased a few bottles and came away impressed when the clerk wiped the bottles down down, individually wrapped them, and even added a small bit of cardboard to keep the from clanking.

There was a man behind the counter who asked a couple of times if he could help us and we kept saying, "no, thank you were just looking around." After perusing the shop for about 10 minutes reading labels and talking about what we might buy the man asked us again. I finally said, "we're not looking for anything in particular, just thinking about what we want to have at home to make drinks". His reply? "Well I have a lot of duties that I can't do while you're here. You've been here for 10 minutes and I have things to do." Not only were his words rude, but his tone was dismissive and annoyed. I am seriously disappointed, especially since there were things that we were actually thinking of getting. I get that you're 25 minutes away from closing time on a Friday, but as someone who has worked in customer service, I would have been fired for saying something like that.

I went to their champagne class, and it was so well executed! Honestly, as a person who's…read morebackground is business with a MBA, I could not suggest they do anything better. Started off, I walked in and the owner was swamped with being on the phone, working the computer and was courteous enough to acknowledge me with a smile, asking as he slightly removed the phone how he could help. Then asked my name to check me in. That was probably the best handled "swamped with work" situation I've seen in a long time. Needless to say, the owners are a class act. Both professional and helpful. The class they offered was very insightful, providing heavy duty booklets and tastings of very expensive champagne. Well worth my time and money, and something I hope to do again. Please note the class actually was instructed by sales reps from LVMH fashion house, which sells KRUG, Dom Pérignon and Veve Clicquot. Now on to the other part... Store is very clean, organized and well stocked. They offer a huge variety of wines, in particular champagnes. They do a great job of classifying according to region, and if you need guidance or information, the owner actually comes from a family of wine producers in the champagne region (so he definitely knows his stuff!). Overall, this event exceeded my expectations and I will be looking forward to other events they host.

The parking was a bit difficult because the only parking I believe that was available was on the street. Luckily we did find a space we could pull up to so I could run into the store for about 5 minutes to pick up what I was looking for and grab another goodie. The tequila was right at the checkout counter so check out was a breeze. This place definitely saved the day and I was able to try the tequila that I had been longing to taste for a few months or so. And it was just OK BTW. But I love the bottle. Definitely check them out. They may have some spirits that you don't even know about...hidden gems indeed. But if I'm in the area I would definitely check this store out over and over. Have fun and enjoy life :)

You'll find this very spacious and well appointed liquor store directly next-door to a Subway shop…read more and a small restaurant called Al tiramisu. Once inside it really hits you just how extensive the selection is. They really invested heavily into the inventory on the shelves here. And just when you think you've seen it all, there's a whole other room downstairs filled with an extensive wine selection. You can pick up large format bottles of high-end wine in wooden boxes or check out the temperature controlled wine cellar. You can also pick up a wedge of cheese and something out of the cigar humidor. They do have a decent craft beer selection, just not as extensive, unless of course you check out the goose Island bourbon barrel beers of which they have many vintages of. As you can see in the photos/video below, this is definitely a destination spot.
