Cute place that just opened up a few months ago. The place is HUGE and very cute with a clean and simple aesthetic. I was shocked to see how big this place was! I got there a few minutes earlier than my appt and was greeted by the nail techs and there wall was filled with a wide selection of nail Polish colors. I was pleased to see how many OPI shades they had. My appt was at 5:30 and I was the only one there so no wait. I felt like the whole process was very clean and sterile. My friend and I were able to chit chat while getting our nails done. The TVs had on a still image of an island- I kinda wish the TVs had something to watch or maybe music so it wouldn't feel so quite but maybe that's the vibe they were going for. For a no chip mani and regular pedi I paid 75 dollars, which felt a little expensive to me since I usually pay 60-65. When paying with a credit card there is a service charge. They offered for me to pay through Venmo to avoid the service charge but I thought she meant only the tip so there was a bit of confusion on my end. Overall, I was happy with my manicure and the service but my nails, which I got done on Thursday, started chipping that Sunday. Then two of my nails broke later that week. My nails are pretty brittle so I'm not sure if it was because of the integrity of my nail or the manicure but I would be willing to try this place again. read more

I came in here for a mani pedi walk in at 430. I had a short little wait and then they got to my pedicure. Overall the leg massage was fabulous- but the pedicure and manicure itself took several hours! The other woman did two full sets of long nails while my nails were getting done with no chip gel. That was fine. The problem was, I was there until almost 7. Almost 3 hours for a mani/pedi? Unacceptable. Where I absolutely draw the line is with hygiene and sanitation things. There definitely was a point where my cuticle was bleeding aggressively and they draped my cuticle in clear polish that was definitely put back on the shelves! YOU CANT DO THAT. Also dropped my file on the ground twice and just went back to using it as normal without sanitizing it. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of that and how long it took. Seriously, blood born pathogens is a serious thing so please make sure you don't make that mistake again. read more

I returned because the first time I visited, I really enjoyed my pedi/mani as my sister and I sipped on champagne we had GoogleEats drop off. Our driver even stayed for a pedi!!!! . This place used to be good when it first started last year but since then has gone significantly downhill. They have become very frugal with the amount of product they use for mani/pedi and also the quality of product has gone down. The staff keeps rotating and new inexperienced people keep showing up which is leading to subpar service. While the salon itself appears to be clean, some staff members do not follow proper hygiene while conducting mani/pedi. So disappointed, was really hoping this neighborhood spa would stay the way it was originally but seems that they have gotten greedy. Charging the same price for poor service. read more

Curious if this place is fraudulent - they charge more than the prices on their website, saying that website is from the 'old owners' . (Businesses are not supposed to randomly charge more than their posted prices, pretty sure that's illegal) No one in the place for miles around despite the supposed 'grand opening', and they said they don't use the phone number (??) At the end of it all, the mani/pedi was rushed and mediocre quality. Last weekend I saw paper in the windows - good riddance if it's shut down. read more

I was in the area, looking to kill some time and figured I'd get a pedicure. I had full intention of going to the salon across the street but noticed Auroras grand opening sign. I decided to check them out instead. When I walked in, it was such a clean salon with beautiful decor. Reena (I believe is how you spell it) was the one who did my service. I have to say it was the best pedicure of my life! I've gone to plenty of places and spent too dollar for their best pedicure only to be disappointed with a fast service that I could've just paid a basic pedicure for. This was not the case at this location. Reena took her time and made sure my experience was great. They do not have massage chairs but she actually ended up massaging my shoulders herself! The only downside would be there are no massage chairs and my polish did chip quicker than usual but next time I will just get gel! read more

Sadly will not revisit this salon altho its very close by. Altho the place was empty, the tech seemed bothered by my inquiry to have nails done. While on phone, she told me to pic a color- when it took me more than30 seconds, she told me she had other appointments - as this to me is a relaxation treat- i said i didnt care to be rushed and would leave. Her appointment was doing her parents nails. Beside not having massage chairs, and spa soaking tubs or music or an offer if water- the results were mediocre for $60. I arrived today for a 10:30 appointment that I made 3 weeks ago. This was my third appointment there and I had explained that I wanted to come in regularly every three weeks. My last appointment was very disorganized with the owner having no idea who I was and not seeming to know anything about pedicures. She made a hasty phone call and another woman came in to do the pedicure. I tried to give them another chance. The shop was closed when I got there today at about 10:15. They are supposed to open at 10:00. When I called the business (still not open) at about 10:35, a woman answered and had no idea of any appointment. She kept saying "I'm sorry, she quit". The person I was talking to was the owner of the shop! I asked why she didn't call me to cancel the appointment, and again, "I'm sorry she quit". I explained the the employee quitting was not my problem, and that she had lost a good customer. Lots of money invested for an elaborate shop buildout with an owner who has no idea of how to run a business or how to be responsible. J. read more
