My wife and I have been using their products for at least 3-4 years. They take the time to analyze your skin. They prescribe a specific regimen. They follow up and re-evaluate your treatment as needed. The storefront in La Jolla is where they introduce and sell the products. They also have a location in Coronado. There is also a spa at both locations. There are sales persons, skin experts and estheticians at both locations. The sales people have great product knowledge and they can arrange a meeting with one of the skin experts (at no extra cost). Here is one thing I really like. The first product recommendation for my wife's skin type did not deliver the expected results. They took the time to re-evaluate and adjust her treatments and since then the results have been outstanding. My wife and I utilize their spa services for facials once per month. There are several esthetician's at each location but for us the licensed estheticians Lexi and Hiroko are amazing. My wife and I went into this store not knowing what to expect. The guy gave us a free sample skin care for both of us, which was really nice of him. He basically explained everything wrong with our skin (lol) and what we need to do to fix/rejuvenate it. He wasn't pushy about his products but he did recommend certain brands. We ended up buying a product from the store and he gave us a bunch of other stuff. Basically he said he wanted returning customers. Truth be told, the products there are VERY expensive. We come to La Jolla to have lunch at 'Duck's' and stoped by 'Aurarius' representative which was very nice and sweet to us. We purchased our first package that included the eye treatment (that was unbelievably amazing) and the exfoliating gel for the face, I must say that 2 months later my face is feeling and looking much better. The treatment for the eye took a little longer but I can definitely see the difference specially under the eyes. We came back to get some facials done at their spa which were divine, we even brought some family and friends to experience the products and the facials they offer. I bought a package, was VERY expensive. I have used it several weeks and the products do really work great! My complaint is that when I went to get a facial their steam machine was broken. You can NOT get a proper facial without first having your pores open with the steam. I stopped the facial from proceeding. I had to rebook. Wasted a whole morning. The manager agreed there should have been a steam machine working. He said he would make it up to me and my partner (we were both getting a facial) let's see if he does.
