She was so bubbly and energetic and kind over the phone. I told her I wanted to book the facial for my birthday and mentioned purchasing on Groupon, she told me NOT to, just book through her and she'll honor the Groupon price since Groupon takes percentages of their sales from them. She then charged me 50% of the groupon price for my facial since they charge 50% upon booking and the remaining 50% on the day of the services. Fast forward about three or four weeks later to the day of my service..... I go to check out with Becca who did my facial and was being charged the original price of the facial NOT the Groupon price ($190 MORE). Now I'm not gonna get to the nitty gritty and go word for word of my exchanges between Becca or with Faith but what I can say is.. thanks to Faith I will NEVER return here again! She was SO SO SO SO SO RUDE and SOOOOOO condescending. She kept saying 'This is how much the facial is, the groupon deal is A CRAZY discount' (I know that's why I was purchasing on Groupon????). I brought up the original receipt she charged me on the day I booked the facial, which was 50% of the total price $36.06, meaning on the day of my facial Id pay the other 50%.... $36.06 but she kept trying to charge me $190 and saying 'I'm getting a really good deal' and that 'Groupon wouldn't charge this' .. even though I had the literal receipt from Groupon showing the price being $72.13........ and the words that really stuck with me the most from Faith were, '... well so what is it that you are looking to or wanting to pay...' as if I'm some broke person that can't afford the facial and am only looking to pay what I can afford?... Faith I'm literally paying for WHAT YOU AND I AGREED ON THE DAY OF SCHEDULING TO PAY?! I'm so confused as to why she's confused.. we literally spoke on the phone and she told me she'd honor the Groupon price.. which is exactly why that's 50% of what you charged me when I booked.. with the understanding I'm paying the other 50% OF THE GROUPON price on the day of my service. WHY DO YOU OFFER YOUR SERVICES ON GROUPON IF YOU ARE SOOOOOO MAD WHEN PEOPLE GO TO USE THEM . I literally would never go back here again just because of how rude, condescending, and insulting Faith was!! Go literally anywhere else!!!!

I hate to scare people but the procedures are like modern day torture i had three done.. : - vbeam to remove redness: 7/10 pain - Fraxel for Face to remove sun spots: 8.5/10 pain during procedure but the 90 minutes after are intense. Plan to stay extra time to have the cold air blow on you as long as possible. - PRP for my hair : 10/10 pain. Have them use the rolling massage thing while they poke you. Another tip: make sure you are well numbed.. *****Bianca was absolutely FANTASTIC. i spent most of my time with her while i waited for the dermatologist. She was very professional, kind, caring, answered all my questions, reassured me, took care of me through a massive migrane by lowering lights and giving me waters. It was the first dermatology spot that accepted appointments soon so I decided to make one. When I called, I explained I have 2 Stys on my eyelid that I need removed. My appointment comes up and they have absolutely no clue what they are seeing me for. They think they are doing an exam on me. I told them them that I mentioned over the phone it was for 2 Stys that I need removed because they are bothering my eyelid. They said it will be an out of pocket charge. I already had paid for a copay at this point. I demanded a cancellation of my appointment and refund of my copay then and there. I was extremely frustrated and upset because: 1. They did not listen to me over the phone 2. I drove all the way out here to an appointment that was not even what I needed 3. I could of been told over the phone that the sty removal is not covered by insurance at THIS specific office. This wasted my time, and theirs. I do not recommend this spot for dermatology needs. I went to another dermatology doctor and it was 100% covered by insurance (just had to pay for the copay out of pocket).
