I also had acrylics on my finger nails and during removal she drilled too hard onto my thumb nail making my nail burn. I wanted my natural nails to be preserved as much as possible since I was getting gel but they were all chipped by end of removal. I decided not to move forward with the service. I paid 65$ for my toe nails and acrylic removal. Very pricey for poor service!
