New to town eventually turned to Yelp to find a dentist and wasn't let down. The staff is friendly, kind and thoughtful. Both the hygienists and dentist listened to my concerns and responded. I had noticed a very very exceptionally small red spot on my gum where my implant was that had showed up a few days before when my general cleaning apt was scheduled. I ended up being referred to a specialist and because of that we were able to catch an infection in my jaw around that implant very early on before any damage was done and without experiencing any horrible, painful symptoms. Thanks for listening, evaluating it and taking me seriously!! Not everyone - dentist or dr for that matter would have with how nonexistent my symptoms were let alone nothing showing on the X-ray taken. they were so courteous on the phone and got my teen age son on the schedule for a same day appointment, however, they scheduled him for 3pm and we waited almost an hour before I decided to walk out of there. I don't think I would have minded if they would have told me they were running behind or something but they didn't. Instead I took it upon myself thirty minutes after waiting to ask when he would be seen. The front desk responded with she was putting in all the information to which I responded "his appointment was at 3." Her response was the back can not open a chart until all information is put in. In my head I'm like "work then girl, do your job and stop taking your sweet time" She was taking her sweet time to "create" a chart. Long story short, communication is key in any customer service atmosphere. Like I said they were nice but Need to learn how to communicate better. I'm pretty sure if we would have shown up as late as they had us waiting, which was 50 mins,, they would have done the same and turned us down so I did just that and walked out! If you ya e the time to wait on these slow people then this is the perfect dentist for you! read more

Just say no! I couldn't get out of there fast enough! It started out that they left a message in Spanish on my phone. I don't speak Spanish. It all went downhill from there! The hygienist and her helper were just laughing and speaking in Spanish the whole time, not paying attention to what they were doing. I was just drowning in water the whole time. I told them I had insurance and at the end I got a bill for hundreds of dollars for a bad cleaning job. I had cleaning and x-rays. That's all. Hundreds of dollars. I found a new dentist to do what Aura didn't and it cost me a $50 dollar co pay. For x-rays and cleaning. Would you go back to a place like this? Never! You asked me to return you calls. You called my husband yes. You never called to talk to me! Patients come in early for their appointments, you shake their hands and you leave. You don't stay around to see how badly the patient is treated. There was a mixup with my insurance. Your staff never notified me that there was a question. They just charged me hundreds for x-rays and cleaning instead of clearing up the insurance question. My new dentist saw the problem and it was rectified within 10 minutes. The hygienist cleaning my teeth at Aura actually didn't clean my teeth. She ground on my teeth with the power cleaner, drown me with water in my mouth, was talking in Spanish and laughing the whole time. I had to have the new dentist fix where she ground away on my tooth. My new dentist charged me only my $50 deductible. If I get refunded my money I will take my lengthy post down and shorten it to "I just won't go there anymore". I will remove all the part of where I was mistreated and ripped off. read more

Best Dentist in town and what a team! They all work in harmony like a well oiled machine! I've been to several dentists in my life time and I can honestly say with no hesitation, no one compares to Dr. Gus, and his staff!! Aura Dental. My IMPLANT turned out just perfect. During the procedure, I was always asked if I was feeling any pain or discomfort. No one can be more considerate or gentler! The staff is incredible, they are kind and attentive and it always felt like I was visiting my family instead of the normal stuffy feeling you get when you go to the dentist. Dr Gus' confidence and skill put my mind at ease the minute I sat in the chair to start the work on the IMPLANT. He promised me that I would be very happy with the results...and I am. I wish I found Aura Dental years ago. My last implant did not go well and I had nightmares during that procedure. They are more than just "my dentist"; they really care for my health and well being. Do not use this dentist. I wrote a good review on them originally but after 2 trips to them, found they were not as good as I originally thought. There are a lot of dentists in Vegas, please use one of the others. read more

I went to get my wisdoms teeth taken out . At first they were friendly. After a few hours they were only able to take out the top 2 out . My insurance pay for half and I paid the other half . They send me to a different dentist 2 days later (I had to pay again ). They never Prescribed my medication so I was in pain for 2 days . 6 months later they send me a bill trying to charge me the full price again . read more

I was referred to this office by my grandpa because I was definitely needing some fillings done. I've always been absolutely terrified of the dentist, like I want to run out of there kind of fear! I've been to this office twice in the past few weeks and they are seriously the best! My fear of the dentist is gone after my last appointment I had there. This place is Da Bomb. I had 3 teeth needing to be pulled and i was brand new walk in on a Saturday . I was treated with kindness and it was fast. The Dentist is so nice and friendly as well as the staff. I felt no pain during the procedure and I got to listen to nice music from Jerusalem [where the dentist is from]. My insurance sucked and they were willing to work on a payment plan . What I liked the most was I got Xrays done, Consult done, Dentist explained to me what I needed before the costs was ever even mentioned. Then the front desk clerk came in professionally to where I was at and explained what was covered and my options which there were a lot of options unlike other Dental offices.
