BEST decision I have ever made was getting full dental implants (All-on-4) at Bionic Smile. I get it, I too was a bit skeptical when I first came across Shay's Tik Tok videos . I had been researching dental implants for years and had been quoted anywhere between $60k to $85k, so when I first reached out too Bionic Smile after seeing their "$8999 All-on-4" ad I was suspicious. However we set a date for an appointment and I flew out from Florida to Vegas hoping it was legit. Upon arriving to my first appointment I quickly discovered that Bionic would far exceed my expectations. The staff was super welcoming and very professional and gave me the confidence that I needed to know I was in good hands. I don't know much about dentistry but I could tell that Bionic Smile had the most cutting edge technology, plus talented and trustworthy dentists and assistants to perform this procedure. After my initial evaluation appointment I was scheduled for my surgery 24 hours later. I was definitely nervous being that I would need over 20 teeth extracted. But they kept me comfortable and sedated for my surgery and I was done before I even knew they started. I went back to my hotel room and recovered for the night before arriving back at Bionic the next day for my temporary/healing set of implants. For the next 6 months I would wear a set of implants that would be a temporary fit until the titanium implants that they inserted into my mouth fused to the bone. It sounds painful, but honestly you don't know they are there. During this time you will be on a "soft diet." Honestly I didn't follow this rule as close as I should have. I ate just about everything except for really chewy steak and anything that was hard and crunchy that would break the temportary teeth. The initial set of teeth are not nearly as durable as the Cubic Zirconia teeth you will recieve on your final/permanent install. Six months goes by fast and before I knew it, it was time to return to Vegas for my final set of teeth. This is a part worth highlighting, because the attention to detail shouldn't go unnoticed. Bionic Smile must have taken over 20 different scans and x-rays to perfect my smile and fine tune my permanent teeth. They went over every last detail and took tons of measurements to make sure that my bite was utterly perfect. When my new teeth clench down they are perfectly aligned and meet simultaneously on all sides. The teeth are flawless and white. I began receiving compliments immediately. Side note: I can't tell you how good it feels to be able to chew on both sides of my mouth now. The permanent install takes all of 15 minutes to remove the temporary teeth and replace then with the permanent Cubic Zirconia teeth. But not without extreme attention to detail when it comes to ensuring that your new set of teeth are properly and custom fitted to your face and mouth. Shoutout Dr. Bergman, who is the "Picasso of teeth" he studied my Smile and made several small adjustments until the new set of teeth were beyond perfect. These were adjustments that I would never have never noticed on my own but ones that were critical to making sure that everything was aligned and straight. Dr. Bergman has a keen eye for his craft and treated my teeth like his own personal masterpiece. In summary, I had lived for over 25 years with an insecurity about my teeth and ashamed of my smile. With ever passing year it has gotten worse and my dentists appointments became more bleak and disappointing. Six years ago I had sought out a different lifestyle surrounded by health and wellness, meanwhile quitting most of my vices like drinking alcohol, soda, and sugary fruit juices. I quit smoking and eating fast food and began going to the gym regularly and taking care of my body. But my teeth remained a constant reminder of my years of neglecting my health and avoiding doctors and dentists. Bionic Smile was/is a blessing for me and I could not have this amazing smile that I can't waiting to share with the world. Hi, my name is Dennis Nelson. I am from Seattle Washington and flew down to Las Vegas on March 10th 2024 and started my procedure with Bionic Smile on March 11 2024 at 7 am. My story is this, in 1970 I was in a car accident and then in a coma for a month, pumped up with drugs, and then diagnosed as hyperactive. With that being said they put me on a medication called Dexidream, a form of speed that I took from 5 til I was 11. This caused my teeth to not properly grow strong. My mother had spent thousands of dollars on my dental care as a youth and I brushed and flossed all the time. Well over the last 15 years my teeth have just crumbled away. I looked into dentures, and did not like that dentures will prevent you from getting the full taste the food that you are eating. So 2 years ago I started researching implants and cost. Locally in Seattle we have Clear Choice and there cost for my procedure would have ran $49k out of pocket and I almost jumped on that one. I also looked into going out of country. Mexico looked good up till I found out that no facility in the USA would work on my mouth if I had the procedure done down there, I also found that there were other hidden cost when having the work done in Mexico. Fast forward to December 2023 January 2024, My sister came across a post on Facebook or tiktok and sent me the link. I made the call and was later put in contact with Shay. We interviewed on the phone and I was not able to provide the dental records that were needed , how ever I found that I could fly down for a day, do the in person interview with Kori. So the weekend of super bowl I flew down on Friday, did the interview and flew back home on Saturday. It turned out that I was a worst case deal. And any other place would be charging me $58k and up to $85k for this procedure. We set up the procedure start date for March 11th 2024 at 7am and the max cost was just over $32k that I paid out of pocket. So on Monday I was numbed up all through out my mouth, I beleave the name of the syrgine was Dr Heil, and he did a excellent job with getting to know me prior to the operation as well as all of the staff. Now I am very poor with remembering everyone's names so I will just refer to many of them as staff. Well the first step was to remove all 23 teeth that I had left and then there was some sewing in 4 spots. Next came the 6 top mounting post and then the 4 bottom post. This entire procedure took a little over 5 hours and for most of it I have no memory of of what they were doing. Next was the bite for alignment. and then the manufacturing of the top and bottom plates and the installation of them on March 13th 2024. So today "March 14th 2024" we were heading to the airport to come back to Seattle and we chose to stop back in and ask some questions in regards to the way the temps were fitting. The syrgine and I spoke and they ended up removing the top plate to see why there was such discomfort, and then they modified it slightly to relieve the pain that I was experiencing, I think this took all of 45 minutes. All in all, the staff are not only very professional and skillfully trained, but they are also very concerned that they are providing the very best service with each and every patient that walks through their doors. After the last 4 days, I want to refer to all of the Staff / Employees at Bionic Smile as family rather then just people who are doing a job. My next appointment is set for September 11th for the final Zerconia permanent implants to be installed. I will be down there for 4 or 5 days for this process. I have only been back in Seattle for 4 hours and I am already excited to go back down. So my bottom line is that there is no need to search any further if you are reading this review. Make the call and make the appointment today. This will for ever change your life. And just a extra note to this. Yes this is going to cause alot of pain and discomfort for a short period of time, how ever you will also be getting your health and smile back, and you will be able to eat your favorite foods once again. I found out in 2022 that I had periodontal disease and was shocked. I had heard of implants but I had never heard of full mouth implants and was all of a sudden thrown in the lions den of what to do. After visiting 3 other dentists who 'specialized' in full mouth implants I was discouraged and overwhelmed, and was quoted over $65,000. I went to Bionic Smile and met with Shay and one of the dentists. They had a clear conversation with me about what to expect and the seriousness of my bone disease. My case was not a simple in and out for $8000 upper and lower. I had the all on 6 implants placed in March 2023 with the hope of getting my finals by September. Sadly, four of my uppers and one of my lower implants failed and to say I was heartbroken is putting it mildly. I was devastated. Dr. Alisova hugged me and told me not to lose hope and Dr. Ostler my surgeon re assured me that there was still an opportunity to make this work. We agreed to leave the five on the bottom and put in four more on top. Throughout the process they kept in contact with me and treated me so kindly allowing me to express my concerns and fear. I was terrified and the anxiety was through the roof. I was provided cell numbers and Shay was always there to answer any questions I had and to reassure me. Dr. Ostler made me feel like a million bucks and treated me with such kindness and respect. When I had questions about what to do after my initial surgery, I was able to discuss my concerns with Dr. Ostler on the phone.After the second surgery we decided to leave the healing caps in for 5 months and I immediately began taking Calcium and Vitamin D and made sure to keep up with my B12. I truly feel that also helped with my healing process. Dr. Alisova was my dentist who handled the removal of my healing caps and placement of the abutments and the eventual finals. She remembered me from the first experience when five implants failed and she was so caring and thoughtful knowing how terrified I was. She communicated everything that was going on and with each torque of the implant she celebrated the joy of discovering it was not a failure. She kept her promise to remain my dentist until the very end and made sure that my finals were perfect. Everyone who helped me from the scan technicians to the assistants, dentists, denture specialists and Dr. Ostler my surgeon, Andrew, Shay, the receptionists, the level of support, understanding and support was huge. There were always hugs and cheering on. Not everything was perfect, however. I am outspoken and advocate for myself and have no fears asking questions or explaining what I'm feeling or dealing with. There were many times when I did not understand what the 'next' step was or what was going to happen after a certain procedure. I don't think this is exclusive to Bionic Smile but the dental industry in general. In the case of what people like myself have gone through and the money we have to come up with along with the anxiety and past trauma I truly feel that every staff person in the industry should take Trauma Informed Care classes and approach each and every patient from that standpoint. I feel very strongly that there should be thorough conversation about what to expect, what is happening, what the next step is, how to clean dentures, bridges, and what to do if the bridge fails. I was always able to ask the questions and they joyfully answered them but I feel a process should be put into place to deal with information and process. Other than that I love them and truth be told I would not have wanted to go anywhere else. Yes, the cost was much better, but the people are who made this the best for me. Also, I live an hour away from the office and they always accommodated my need to have 7am appointments so I could get to work as soon as possible. Is Bionic Smile for real? That was my thought after seeing them advertised on social media a few months ago . At 44 yrs old I had never entertained that I would need to know if they were a legitimate business and if they could deliver as they promised . As a child and through my adult years I had been free of any major dental problems. I regularly visited the dentist and been told my teeth were healthy . Approaching my 40's my health seemed to plummet and dental visits became more frequent due to this . After navagating the perfect storm of some very scary health challenges in 2021 and treatment was successful I was able to return to work in May 2023. At the time I had a four month lapse in dental insurance and has not missed any of my annual cleanings . In July I noticed my enamel had changed and my teeth looked different. Sensitive doesn't come close to describe the painful sensations that hot , cold and specific foods would make my teeth and mouth feel. I was being treated for an infected tooth every week and losing both top and bottom at a rapid rate. August 2023 , after several visits a full mouth extraction was recommended and implants or dentures would be necessary. The pain wasn't manageable and my basic needs of food , sleep and communicating were all affected . Making a major life decision just to put yourself out of pain comes with a different type of pain. I wore an upper denture only for 9 months and wasn't able to wear the bottom denture at all. Two of the best decisions that i have ever made for myself are first, I made the decision to do a full mouth restoration. Actually, it was my Cardiologist who first pointed out to me that the poor condition of my mouth with a few missing molars or broken molars, bad gums, infections in my roots seemed to be the norm and i was always taking some kind of antibiotic to try and manage those infections. The Cardiologist told me that these infections were contributing to all of my Cardiovascular and Heart problems and that I needed to see a Dentist and get things greatly improved. I went and saw five here in Vegas and was told the same thing by all of them. I could either spend the next few years or longer sorta 'patching" up my dental issues one at a time, a root cannel here, an extraction their, maybe a implant or two or a bridge and after spending my time and monies doing all that...it wouldn't really have the positive impact on my health that I knew I needed and in the end I would likely end up in Dentures. That was both hard and depressing to hear, not to mention that it seemed like an expensive waste of time and money. The consultations all offered and had the same solution which was a full arch and mouth restoration of uppers and lowers... " All on four or an All on six" . This would certainly help greatly in getting my mouth back to a permanent healthy state which was very important to me and believe it or not.. this would actually SAVE me a lot of time and money in future dental work and of course in the end I would have a beautiful healthy smile for the rest of my life. Out of the five consultations which included detailed treatment plans .. they were almost identical in identifying problems, such as I knew I would need some minor bone grafting , I would need time for my gums to heal after extractions , I would have temporaries immediately to wear while my mouth healed and my permanents could be put in. The arch's and the teeth and the implants were all exactly the same, same materials, same everything. What was not the same was the PRICE. Bionic was one third to half the cost of the other 4 .. that is quite a savings! I even confronted a few of the other ones and asked them why they were twice as much or more.. for the same procedures and product... They did not even try to answer. Price played a roll in my decision to choose Bionic Smile, but just as important was their experience. They have worked on and helped thousands and thousands of people as their patients and are among the most experienced in Implants dental solutions and full arch implants in the country, not just locally but in the country. My experience with staff and the dentists was great. Beginning with Shay. She was my Treatment Coordinator and explained the entire process to me until I understood it. I asked Shay and others a lot of questions, they were patient with me and took the time needed to answer all of them. In addition, staff was available to me by phone after hours if i had any issues.. they were always their for me. Thee were NO hidden costs and no surprise costs. I don't typically write reviews, but I must say the experience I had with bionic smile is well worth the time to write a review! I have been looking into getting dental implants for some time now but the cost and treatment plan for most places just wasn't attainable for me and I didn't like the fact that I would have to wear a denture for 4-6 months during the healing process, I came across bionic smile one evening and watched a short video of what they offered the price was really good (almost to good to be true) and they be able to fit you with your permanent set of teeth within 24hrs which sounded way too good to be true so I reluctantly reached out to them thinking there would be hidden costs or some kind of catch boy was I wrong, within a few hours of reaching out a gentleman named Steve called me he was very nice and briefly went over everything with me and set up a phone consultation. This is where I met Jenny who I believe is nothing short of an angel! We had a video call and went over everything again in detail I still had most of my teeth and we weren't sure if I would be a candidate for this procedure, after getting a copy of my x rays and sending them in they still weren't sure judging off the x rays if I would be a good candidate I explained that the other dentist had talked to me about serious infection concerns with my teeth and he recommended pulling the teeth and getting implants but the doctor at bionic still wasn't sure, Jenny went out of her way to go and talk to the head doctor and convinced him to let me come on in so I made a consultation appointment for May 8 and flew into Las Vegas. When I got to the office everyone was super nice a helpful I was placed in an exam room and met Jerry who went over procedures and pricing again I was still skeptical looking for the catch to the low price, after a few minutes Dr Strieful came in to have a look and sent me back scanning and then met me back in the room and said I was absolutely a candidate for not just the top but also the bottom! Jerry and myself went over the new pricing with the addition of doing the bottom arch as well, again almost too good to be true, he said also if any extra work needed to be performed ( additional implants, bone graft, Ect.) That they would do at no additional charge he showed me the final price and we moved on with the surgery! I won't say it was completely pain free but it was very minimal and most of that was due the amount of infection I had, the surgery was done the same day I arrived and my new teeth were placed the next morning I went from a mouth full of infection and bad teeth to a beautiful new smile in less than 24hrs. If you have bad teeth and have been looking for a good implant office I highly recommend Bionic smile! Oh and they also wrote 2 checks worth $1500 for travel vouchers that completely paid for my flight and hotel! read more

Every case is different. Remember that. My dad went here and is on his 6 month follow up. His teeth were in really bad shape when he went in. Ended up having like 19 teeth pulled and 5 surgeries to be able to get the implants. He is so much happier now and while it's a process, it has been worth it. At first, all sounds way too good to be true. They are literally half the price of other places. When you show up the building was u see construction with no sign so we were on guard at first. They said it was being remodeled. I went with my parents to make sure it was legit as they have you bring it in cash. His surgery was like $26k for top and bottom including everything. Sounds like a lot but he was getting quotes for $45k to $65k for the same thing locally. We are from Wichita, Ks. We spoke to many other people there getting it and the reviews were up and down. My dad's has been on the better side of things for sure. While some of the experiences were not the best, we had to remind ourselves that every mouth is different and all custom. Every set of teeth they make is custom. How it goes: You pay a small fee up front to schedule the appointment. Fly to Vegas They cover everything up front including charges. The receipt part was weird. They take a lot of images, the office equipment seems to be all new which is great. Then depending on your case they start pulling the teeth or whatever needs to be done. You come back the next day if needed. By end of the 4 days or however long it takes you get a set of temporary implants. They don't fit perfectly and are not the most comfortable. But your mouth is super inflamed and swollen at this point too. At this point you go back home and let your mouth heal for at least 6 months. They give you whatever pain meds you need and antibiotics. ----- My dad at first wanted it all done in the first week but it is great they make you wait and let your body heal for 6 months before your permanent set of implants. My dad now agrees. The pic is of the temporary teeth, he is heading back today for the permanent ones. **They did go above and beyond for my dad as well** He had a lot of mouth surgeries due to loss of bone and one of the implants not holding. They covered his return flight home and extra hotel nights as it took double the time for him which was really nice of them. They didn't have to do that. In the end, this place is legit and I am posting this review to help put others at ease. Just remember all processes take time and full teeth implants are not something you want to rush. It's been an experience and am glad my dad has a smile he is proud of again. read more

I would like to commend Jamie, which has been at bionics smile for 20 years, her professionalism and courtesy towards my inquiry on dental implants was handled in a courteous and educational consultation session. Before I inquired with bionic smile, I watched several videos about the company and their patients testimonies were amazing. I have deteriorating, dental issues including bone loss . I am now at the point where I need dental implants, I believe part of my problem was eventually failed procedures that shouldn't have taken place by previous dentist and I should've been encouraged to get dental implants sooner instead of trying to save teeth that were really beyond the point of being maintained, I'm sure money was a motivating factor, after $15,000 of work I'm back at square one. . I have researched a lot of companies dealing with dental implants and did my due diligence on researching dental implant products so that I would be educated on the procedure and material used for dental implants. I contacted Jamie a couple of days ago, sent her my images and info so she could discuss it with the dentist and Oral surgeon at bionics smile Because of my dental condition and bone loss I was not a candidate for the way bionic smile does their dental implant procedures and would have to have dental implants placed differently in order for the right outcome. I so appreciate the honesty and truthfulness that was explained to me by Jamie, dentist, and Oral surgeon . I learn several things that were not explained to me at previous dental implant consultations. Once again, thank you Jamie for taking the time to call me back and go into detail explaining the oral surgeons decision. This office truly cares about their patients it's not about the money it's about making sure that customers get the right procedure according to the patient's needs and I so respect that bionics smile, put the patient first above the money. I would highly recommend people going to bionic smile for the dental implant means, they truly will tell you the truth whether you were a candidate for dental implants or not. This is a very big decision, I only wish that I was able to proceed at bionic smile, but I did get information from Jamie that the oral surgeon worked at another facility prior to bionic smile, and that I would be be a candidate for different placement of dental implants that are done at another reputable dental implant Company. I highly recommend Bionic Smile. I am a 49 y/o from Maryland and went to several Dental Implant appointments only to have them tell me I'd have to [ay 50' to 60 thousand dollars for full upper and lower arch implants. When I saw the Bionic Smile advertisement on Facebook I I was curious and filled out the form and was contacted soon after. I had a great chat with a gentleman who did my initial interview and gave me all the details regarding Bionic Smile and set me up for a telehealth appointment 3 days later. The woman who I spoke with took pictures of my mouth, had me count the number of teeth i had, then gave me an estimate that was far less than any other dental Implant center. The price included free airfare and hotel, as well as tickets to any Las Vegas show of my choice and a nighttime helicopter tour of the strip. This was a great deal and I accepted the offer and was told they could schedule me in 3 weeks. My friend and I were all set to go and 2 days before the trip my friend/s father passed away so that meant I would be travelling alone. when I told them iI was coming alone, they assured me I would be well taken care of. I woke up at 430am to catch my flight out of Baltimore at 750 and arrived in Las Vegas around 1030am. An amazing gentleman met me at the airport in a Rolles Royce to take me to the Bionic Smile office for my initial consultation/first appointment. After about 2 hours of scans and tests I was given the exact cost of my full mouth Implants. It was a little higher than what the initial quote was because I needed all om 6 on my upper implant. The price was still very reasonable compared to other dental implant center. I accepted and was scheduled for surgery the next day. I will admit that the surgery was long and at times a little painful, but tolerable. After Surgery I was driven back to my hotel and a nurse was waiting for me when I arrived. She was amazing and came to my room every 2 hours to check on me. Then overnight I had 24 hour nursing care. The next day was day 3 and the mist important because it was time to get my implants. The dentist I had was amazing and attached my implants in 30 minutes. After she attached them I was given a mirror to look at my new smile and was amazed by what I saw. They did an incredible job and at 6 weeks later they feel great and look great. I highly recommend Bionic Smile to anyone who is looking for a dental implant provider. Where do I begin? I had been researching implants and was ready to book a trip overseas( which quite frankly scared me!), and came across Bionic Smile. I requested the phone interview and before you knew it, I was flying across the country 10 days later. I had a good feeling from the initial consultation. I know it was a sales pitch but it was different. I went by myself since I did it without much notice. Im not sure what I had imagined the facility and atmosphere to be like but I assure you it was way different. I assumed since I was paying a wholesale price i would forgo the best care and amenities, boy was I wrong! The whole Bionic complex was state of the art and clean. You would think you were at a Beverly Hills office! i Also assumed there would be lines of people waiting due to pricing, again I was wrong. I never saw more than 2 others in a waiting room. Richard was my case worker and he was amazing. He answered my questions and put me at ease. I'm not sure of the names of other people in my process, but they all went above and beyond. I knew I was at the right place when the doctor doing my measurements was explaining bites and measurements to me. The whole Bionic Crew always had a smiles on their faces. I've never seen a more positive work environment anywhere. The next day I had my surgery and it went well from what I remember. The third day I went for my fitting for my finals and again the doctor was so patient and listened to me and asked questions to make sure my bite and such was right. Not once did he ever seemed rushed or hurried. He really cared and actually told me, he wouldn't leave until I was happy! i can't quit raving about the whole Bionic experience. I did pay my highest quote but had quite a bit of reconstructive procedures done. They also had to put 6 on my top which should have cost me more but Bionic stood behind the price they told me. Don't think since you're paying less you get less because it's not true! I honestly can't think of anything that would have made my experience better. The Ahern Hotel the recommended was top notch also. If you're traveling by yourself use Gem to get you back to your room. She is an angel and does way more than transport you. I was going to wait until the soft tissue of my mouth was fully healed but the opportunity to write this review came now so here it goes. My flight from New Jersey to Las Vegas got in late Tuesday night. My wife and I checked into our hotel room and basically just went to sleep. Wednesday morning we woke up and went to the clinic to have our consultation which we did and they took all the measurements they needed. They also took impressions of my bite. After our appointment at the clinic we went out and enjoyed our night in Las Vegas we went to a casino and to a show. It was necessary to fast for 12 hours prior to surgery so our night ended early. Thursday morning we arrived at the clinic and surgery ensued, they removed your teeth and performed a bone graft. We were at the clinic for about an hour and a half. We went back to our hotel room and spent the night there. Don't make any planes for the day of surgery. Friday morning we did some sightseeing and went to the clinic around 2PM. They installed the zirconia arch. That is when we had a slight problem the finale screw that held my arch in place snapped. They had to not only replace the screw they had to change out the abutment which they did and all was well. As far as cost goes the arch was $8999 it was slightly over $1000 for removal of the four teeth. I also needed to pay about $1000 for a bone graft. They credited me $300 for travel and $300 for hotel my total was a little over $11000 for the top arch. It looks spectacular. As far as being anesthesia I was given a local I assume that is done to keep costs down and it was perfectly fine. If you are expecting to be knocked out for the procedure I would discuss that in advance with your care counselor. All that being said I feel that Bionic Smile has done an outstanding job living up to my expectations. The one area that I feel like they can improve on is their pre procedure communication. I felt like this aspect of care was not up to par. Other than that I'm very satisfied!! read more

I live in Los Angeles. After doing research here, I determined that Bionic Smile would be the best fit. I read their reviews, spoke to a few people there, and the cost for a full mouth of implants would be a lot cheaper. Especially given the quality of the material used. From beginning to end, the process was seamless. I would have a full mouth of teeth in 2-days time. We opted to stay in a hotel casino (to play a little) not far from their offices but they do offer a designated hotel at a discounted price. Day 1, we arrived early. The office is beautiful. Very clean and modern looking. The staff from the front desk to the doctors were very professional. Helene, the office mgr, is a saint and made the experience so much better. We discussed the cost because truly the cost wouldn't be finalized until after the x-rays are taken. Turns/out, my gums needed a bit more work so the cost ended up being about $1500 over my budget. They were able to accommodate me by financing that portion which was paid off within 5 mos time. So, day 1 was finance, X-ray's, fittings including gum color selection, and finally tooth pulling. They have a pharmacy they use right across the street which was very accommodating. Night 1 was miserable due to the excessive bleeding, gauze, and I couldnt eat like I wanted to. The pain wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. Day 2 we arrived early and they have a separate building for install. Local anesthesia and by the time I came to, I had a full mouth of teeth. It really was that easy. When I saw my teeth for the first time, I cried real tears. They are beautiful. My smile changed slightly but overall I have the same overbite and fit as before. The teeth feel a bit heavier but that isn't a big deal either. It's been 4 months and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new teeth. I get so many compliments (SEE photo below). For the quality, I would have had to pay twice as much here. Oh and I didn't get the dazzling white color, these are the ones below that. They look like it though. I went for natural given my age. This was an incredibly wonderful experience. I had delt with dental issues for several years which had started impacting my ability to interact with colleagues and the public. This has a profound impact on emotional and mental health to say nothing of the negative impact on one's actual physical health. If you can do it, DO IT!! The process is really fast and the discomfort/pain was minimal and well controlled. I woke up from the procedure and I was "Me" again! Looking in the mirror brought a swell of emotion (tears). I have my identity back. And the appearance! They look so natural and authentic. People keep telling me "you look so rested" or ""what did you do? You look 10 years younger". Clearly it has changed my appearance, but in such a way that it is not screaming "Look, I have new teeth!" Lol. The team at Bionic Smile is professional and truly makes you feel that they care. The first consult I had was via Web with Janice. I had already consulted with local providers, but this was different. Within a few short minutes, I knew I had to have this done. Janice was amazing and I credit her with providing me with that extra nudge I needed to move forward. From that first caring and supportive encounter, I experienced the same support and focused care. Shay and her team at Bionic were incredible, from the Consultants to the Surgeons. I was back to work in a few days and could not be happier. You owe this to yourself and to those around you. I cannot begin to express what an enormous heaviness has been lifted from my daily existence! Is it cheap? No, but is it worth it? YES! And Bionic Smile is certainly much more budget-friendly than others! The quotes I received locally were in the neighborhood of $54,000.00 for both arches. Bionic Smile was 1/2 the cost. They also do EVERYTHING onsite (in-house). Nothing outsourced which makes it fast and helps keep the cost down. Guys, just make the decision to do what is right for your emotional and medical wellbeing. This truly is life changing, it changed mine! read more

My husband had radiation treatments to his head over a period of 4 years which eventually made his teeth erode and start to fall out. After visiting 5 different dentists and oral surgeons who quoted prices between $46,000 and $56,000, my husband called Bionic Smile in Las Vegas. After several phone calls to Debbie (who was completely knowledgeable about not only the medical process, but also the financing options they provide), he scheduled an appointment. Bionic Smile provides $350 toward the cost of your flight and $350 toward the cost of your hotel, which was great! We flew in on a Sunday, and by Wednesday afternoon, my husband had his beautiful smile back. It's kind of miraculous! On Monday, they did X-rays, cat scan, and he met with Dr. Streifel who explained how the procedure works. Tuesday, he had all his teeth pulled, and the 6 on 6 implants were inserted. Wednesday, his temporary teeth were screwed in, and he was done for now! For the next 6 months, he can eat anything we wants as long as it can be cut with a plastic knife. Again, these temporary teeth are screwed in and do not come out. We go back in 6 months when everything is all healed, and they will unscrew the temporaries and put in his permanent teeth which will stay with him for the rest of his life. He'll be able to eat anything and everything he wants. Having spent 3 days in the waiting room, I saw several patients come out with their beautiful new smiles. Some had tears of happiness running down their faces. The nurses and staff all come out for hugs and congratulations. They are as happy as the patient! This place is truly life-changing. Thank you so much to Kori who so skillfully guided my husband through the first day, to Susie who was so kind and helpful, and to Dr. Streifel and Dr. Ostler, who performed the surgery. The entire staff and the beautiful, high tech facilities are AMAZING. I recommend Bionic Smile 1,000%. Oh, and we saved around $20,000 from what we would have paid at home! Bionic Smile. sometimes you have one bad apple that spoils the entire bunch. but, let me just tell you from my experience.... i wasn't going to let any bad apples in or around my bunch!!! from the moment i began scheduling my trip i felt like i was making new friends! everyone was so kind, professional & on a personal level that you forgot that it was dealing on a business level...once in las vegas, the day i went in for my consultation/exam & this was a very intense day filled with lot of information & education where if you really want to learn about your teeth, implants & what is really going to happen.....buckle up butter-cup because that is what you are going to learn!!! if you come out of that office that day un-educated, then that is totally your own fault! lol finally, once the big day has arrived and the surgery is finally over & you are pretty much out of it for the rest of the afternoon. however, do not worry.....there is an entire team of dr's & nurse's....yes!!!! you heard that right.....an entire team of dr's. & nurse's that will rotate throughout the entire night taking turns checking on you to make sure you are not running a fever, bleed too severely, are in too much pain, making sure your you have your ice packs & that you are sitting upright & not swallowing your gauze bandages! regardless of what anyone else has said i must say that shay & helena were nothing but top not, super amazing and have even checked up on me several times since i have been home! you can't beat that with a rubber hose! hahahha! talk about life changing experience all the way around! my smile is just beautiful... i don't want to sound like i am bragging, but if you only knew what i have been through the last several years. i was ready to pull my own teeth out, i'm glad i didn't have to! thank you to all the dr's & nurses & every single person at bionic smile that made me the happiest smiling lady in nc! thank you from the bottom of my sweet tea soaked heart! love you guys! read more

I had multiple missing teeth. and the few that I had left were broken, decaying and rotting, I had constant infections and pain. my health was in shambles cause I couldn't eat or chew causing weight loss. and mentally I was defeated. to embarrassed to talk, laugh or smile around other people. and I couldn't afford even the cheapest option where I live of $72,000 to fix it.
