Had a dentist ever refused to give you a basic cleaning? This one did and swore a cleaning would do nothing to help me. They refused to give me a cleaning because they said I needed a deep clean for $640 and the dentist refused to clean my teeth without it. The office then told me that under my teeth the bone was decaying and there's another review with the same story. Overall the office was condescending and acted like no dentist would clean my teeth in this condition. There are also signs in the office offering a gift card for a review. So don't trust the reviews you see. I originally wrote this review on Google and they responded saying it threatened staff with a bad review - see my other reviews here - I don't give negative reviews. Also I didn't threaten staff with a bad review. I am an "if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all" type of person. I just don't want others to have this experience. Find another dentist. Final note, the office has signs all over asking you to review them on yelp. Which is how I even thought to look up reviews and that's also how I learned they pressure people into expensive services. I'd highly encourage anyone who wants to go to this dentist to read other reviews. What I've said is not out of the norm. My experience was not a once off. Other people had the same issue too. Do your research. I'm going to talk to other dentists this week and if they all refuse to do a cleaning, I will report back and admit I was wrong. read more

Awesome staff it's nice to have an appointment with a doctor and assistants that smile back at you and enjoy a little conversation! Had an early appointment and they took care of me with no hassle also they gave me sunglasses while I got my clean done so I didn't have to squint into the overhead light!! Didn't even have to ask!!! Sometimes you run into someone that goes way far and beyond to what they are hired to do, all day, all week, all month even for the last 25 years of being in the same industry can get a persons morale to an average persona to low attitude. Not John at A+ Dental on Flamingo and Eastern. This dude I can tell you treats people as if his own brother walked through the doors, talks and explains everything I needed to know A-Z. I taking my time writing this review because he didn't stop at Z, he went through 1-100 with me too. I never felt so comfortable at a dentist office. I don't like dentist offices much, however because of John I felt reluctant to go home. I wanted to hang out with him, have coffee..We'll I take sugar in mine, im sure sugar wouldn't look well in a dentist office. The review seems to only allow five stars, I'd like a recount and give John an earned 11 Stars. I own a small landscape company, when it gets bigger, I may just come back for John and offer him a position as a customer care manager, because that is the type of guy. Excuse me not if, THAT IS the guy that I would want talking to my customers and shaking their hands and smiling, and explaining the process of what we do, how we do it., I'm just being real here. The staff is amazing not going to lie however I decided to move on. the doctors were not a right fit for me. And let's just point out the number one reason you want to go to the dentist or orthodontist is you need work is for them to be good. I had braces and in the 2 maybe 3 years I had them I seen 4 orthodontist. Everyone of them had a different plan and I wasn't suppose to even have them that long. Yes they wanted me to continue treatment but I kept expressing my concern after all I did pay 4500 and my teeth are still bad. How can I trust the doctor when every month he says to just keep the bands the same as I'm telling him what I don't like. It is a shame as the staff is great and I really just wasted my money! My teeth are cricket and I ended up with a chip on my front tooth of course. I won't be coming back. And if you decide to do anything I would look at the review ask questions before you commit. Because they protect them self's and the quality doesn't match the price. I have to say I wish I would had stayed with how my teeth looked before. read more

I came to this office a few weeks ago! My first thought was it took me 25 minutes to get here. When they had an office closer. but I got in there from the moment I registered and meet the doctor and mapped out a plan of action for me. I honestly can say it was the best choice I could have made. Everything I wanted done and need to get done was addressed in a timely and professional way. Thank you so much for taking me in as a Walk-in patient! I had a searing pain since Saturday and all officers were closed until Monday. Once morning arrived, I was brought in and looked at. You were able to quickly deduce it was my wisdom teeth. From that point on, you were able to squeeze me into a 2pm appointment for a Wednesday. In the meanwhile gave me some pain relievers to take. Wednesday has now arrived and I went to one of your officers for the oral surgery. The paperwork was straightforward and the IV seamless. I had my fair share of checkups and teeth cleaning, and this place takes the cake for the most unprofessional and uncomfortable dentist experience ever. I had an appt for an x-ray and a "cleaning," which was only a brush and floss. The whole process took 2 hrs, and I had an appt. A majority of the time was waiting on the dentist or staff when I could've left sooner. There's also a sign in the clinic that asks for Yelp reviews to win a $5 starbucks card; that should've been a sign to run. The front office staff is great. Very nice but it's the back office staff that really shines. I unfortunately have the worst gag reflex in human history. While not trying to be I'm a pain the backside for any dental practice to work on. I could tell these people knew what they were doing when Alex the tech got a full set of films on me without any problems. That is a completely new experience for me and on my next visit another tech ( a lady's name I don't recall unfortunately) was just as good. The dentist was nice. Took his time. Was concerned about any concerns I may have, and was fantastic. As an extra added bonus I didn't receive a visit from the " patient advocate" whose real job is to upsell on as many services as she can.
