The pretzels were still soft, doughy, and incredibly satisfying with just the right amount of salt. You could tell these were the real deal classic Philly comfort food done right. The dipping sauce paired perfectly and somehow made them even more addictive. The Staff was very knowledgeable and sweet.. Now I completely understand why they were featured on CBS Sunday Morning. The only thing I would dock points were that the person in the back was wearing gloves then touch the handle to put stuff in the oven then touch a nasty towel and didn't switch his gloves or wash his hands then started touching non Cooked food. The pretzels from the oven come out right there in the gift shop on the conveyor belt. They even gave us a fresh pretzel off the line. So delicious! I bought about $20.00 worth of pretzels for family and friends back home in AZ/CA. The 2 ladies in the shop were very kind and helpful. They even gave us the tip to look in the 3 back windows of the building on the way out. We did, and we saw about 10 people hand rolling pretzels. YES....they hand roll each (big) pretzel.
