Sour Cream & Onion Pretzel
Jacques I.

It's been a hot minute since I've been to Auntie Anne's. I mean, like, since maybe high school? Which I won't even say how long ago that was. But let's just say it's the quintessential snack for when you're hangin' with your friends at the mall and you think your shit don't stink at 16. My boyfriend and I were doing some Christmas shopping at the outlet, and Auntie Anne's was one of the few eateries that you could easily get takeout at and was not located in the food court area. Just for ol' times sake, I decided to get a sour cream and onion pretzel, which was my jam back in the day. But some things just seem to change. And get more expensive, yeah? For about five bucks I ordered the sour cream and onion pretzel and thought it was A-OK. I don't remember the pretzel being this thin? Though they heavily sprinkled on the sour cream and onion powder, I thought the pretzel was meh. I also wished it had been warmer, which put a damper on the overall taste. Tastes change, I guess. The pretzel of my teenage years shall remain a distant memory. I most likely wouldn't get AA's anytime soon. Or again.

Soft pretzels ($3.50)

Where do you eat when you're at the outlets? Always a difficult question as options are extremely limited. We went with a sure winner: Auntie Anne's pretzels. Fast, homemade and delicious to keep your shopping strength going to the bitter end. - Soft pretzels ($3.50 - we used a coupon from the Seattle Premium booklet. I can't remember exactly what it was but I think it was buy three pretzels and get a free drink type of deal. We tried out three flavours - sweet almond, original, and the roasted garlic and parmesan. The roasted garlic and parmesan was my favourite out of the trio.

I always like getting Pretzels at Auntie Anne's. For some reason I thought they were also located in Canada. So I found out that the closest one to me is still across the boarder. So came shopping at the Seattle Premium Outlet. Of course time went by so fast and yes I got hungry and didn't want to leave. In the Canadian Coupon book there is a buy one get one free deal on soft pretzels. So I got the sour cream and onion flavor. It was very delicious at first but at the end it got a bit too salty. Probably because they sprinkled too much and everything went to the bottom of the bag. I have to say this is very good junky food. But it doesn't hurt to get one once in awhile.

Rolling up some doughy pretzel goodness!

I came here on a Saturday for the first time because they were giving out Free Pretzels from 10am-3pm! What a great advertising idea! Not only did I get to sample one of their super fresh, buttery, soft and delicious pretzels but I'll probably re-visit this place, which I probably would not have initially tried in the first place! My sister got the cinnamon sugar pretzel, which was such a sweet delight in my mouth. Ultra soft pretzel topped with tons of cinnamon and sugar. I scarfed that puppy down in no time. Beware of the loose sugar though, found it all over my mouth and hair after I done. The pretzels were definitely worth the wait and the tiny mess! Yum!

May 12, 2024. Terrible customer service from the woman at the register. The pretzels were over cooked.

This is our quick stop for bite sized snacks. I love the mini pretzel dogs and a lemonade at times.

Mushroom burger was fine, but nothing that I couldn't find anywhere else. I did like that it had real leaf lettuce and the mushrooms were sauted well. The $5 onion rings were less than impressive, plus we were only given 5. $1 per onion ring for something that wasn't hand dipped seemed a bit offputting. My husband got the double bacon cheeseburger which he said was tasty and hit the spot for wanting a burger. He did mention that the cheese wasn't melted and there was a lot of ketchup... although he wolfed it down quite quickly. He also got the fried mushrooms which he said were "fine, but probably out of a bag". Our daughter got a kids cheeseburger and ate the whole thing no problem! The biggest why as to why he gave this place 3/5 was because he got a pb milkshake that we can both say was very tasty. Why my rating was a 2/5 was all of the above compounded by my Diet Coke tasting like there was 1/2 the amount of flavoring. Overall, my husband says that he'd give it another chance and see what their fries were like. As for myself, I'd go back for a milkshake but that's probably it.

Your burgers and fries will take a few minutes because they make them to order; don't believe me, you can see the kitchen right past the register. I always like setups like this. I had a jalapeño burger with fried and my partner had the mushroom burger. Both were perfect; the jalapeños had that perfect balance between crisp but also sautéed so they had a lot of flavor. The fry sauce is yum and the vibe in the place is just honey and cute. If you're in the area, go visit this hard working mom and pop who love their customers and serving good food!

We came here on a weekday for late lunch and ordered 2 can dine (great deal on their phone app) - 5 piece spicy fried chicken with 2 sides - mac n cheese and french fries and it came with 2 biscuits. We also ordered their new chicken nuggets. All of it was hot, fresh and delicious. The only thing we wished was if the nuggets could be made spicy. The drive thru was semi full at around 2 pm and the wait was about 10 minutes so an average drive thru experience. Parking was ample, but the restaurant inside was not open yet. The customer service was great. The lady was friendly and efficient and helped provide us with everything. She even gave us honey and butter without asking and, despite the business stopped to smile and greet us. Overall, great fried chicken and great service. If you're craving popeyes this is the place to be!

Not only was our food incorrect, it wasn't even warm. I went inside to get the missing biscuits and the guy in the drive thru kept insisting they were there. It didn't help his English was difficult to understand, but also our order was only $15 it wasn't that large if something was missing it was easy to tell. This guy was literally ready to fight me over missing biscuits he knew was in the bag, until another worker admitted they weren't there. Was all this worth it to these clowns? This place is one and done!
