A bit pricey but so tasty!!! Fresh from the oven. Soft and chewy. Dripping with butter and flavor. And lemonade all year 'round.

I ordered the lobster and shrimp ravioli for my entree, and my boyfriend ordered the salmon, and they were both SO delicious! For desert, we both got the tiramisu, and it literally melted in our mouths, so yummy. Very generous portions and again, great, home welcoming service. 10/10 recommend!

I made a reservation at my husbands request. The reservation was for 6 -1/2 people (my granddaughter who is 11 months) at 5pm. I asked for a table upstairs and when I arrived they tried to sit us in the bar area. I informed the woman who was at the front I had asked for a table upstairs and her exact words to me were "ok bye" and she handed me off to a young gentleman (Harrison). That was the 1st mistake she made. He brought us upstairs and the room was very warm. We assumed it was because they hadn't turned the AC on but when we looked it was on 62. We opted to stay up there because by that time they had given away the table that they were trying to offer us. I am not exaggerating when I say we were left upstairs for over 40 minutes before he came back to ask if we wanted drinks or appetizers. Not his fault because it appeared this woman was too busy yapping it up with some older man who was at the bar and the younger woman was just there. Harrison was doing the doordash orders, and everything else. I asked if someone was going to come up soon and this woman with reddish hair with attitude said "umm, yeah". 2nd mistake she made. I went back upstairs and our waiter came back up about 10 minutes later. He took our orders and was left to manage us alone. Overall I think he did the best he could, but there is absolutely NO REASON AT ALL it should have taken 2-1/2 hours for us to order/eat. We didn't order anything complicated, but it seems like everyone downstairs was being tended to while we were just left upstairs in the heat. Having to have my son go downstairs and ask for the check and food containers, is also ridiculous -3rd mistake!! Again, Harrison was great and we do not blame him at all, but this young gentleman should have been given help from the beginning instead of having him do every damn thing. Extremely disappointed and am pretty sure the owners of this place have no idea what their manager does and they seriously need to re-think who they have greeting and TRAIN them properly. She is lucky I didn't lose it on her with the way she responded to me when I asked if someone was going to come up soon. She is absolutely, HORRIBLE. The service was EXTREMELY slow, even though there were BARELY any people there when we walked in. We are locals and we will never go back.

It was my first time having a cinnamon bun from Cinnabon! I've had cinnamon buns before just not…read morefrom an actual Cinnabon. Not many Cinnabon locations left where I am from & they are all super far, so I am happy to have finally gotten the chance to try! We ordered the mini cinnabons in a cup, a regular sized Cinnabon, & finally a pack of 4 small cinnabons. When ordering, the staff gave us the option to have the cinnamon buns heated up & of course we had to! We added extra frosting to two of our orders & no extra frosting on the 4 pack small cinnamon buns. It tasted heavenly, especially while warm & I actually preferred the buns w/o extra frosting. Staff was very nice and helpful. Totally did not expect to find Cinnabon at Woodbury Outlets but am SO GLAD I was finally able to try the famous Cinnabon cinnamon buns! Overall, would come back again ;)

Since it was a quick snack and didn't want to spoil dinner later, i decided on the center cut Cinnabon cup, instead of the roll or pecan roll, they also had mini roll (4pk). Everything was about $7-8 per unit. The inner circles of the Cinnabon in a cup made it easy to eat and walk. Only gripe would be seem like their frosting is very on the light side. They do have extra frosting 1-2oz containers at additional cost i believe but we was in a rush to get going. We also got the mini 4 pack, and just visually it's not the lathered on frosting of Cinnabon of yesteryear. Skimpy. Once ordered they pop it into microwave to warm it up for you. Service was quick and easy. Their stall is clean, very organized and they have the system down to be expedient.
