I know my son used to eat there frequently, so I asked him about his sandwich, and he said his food was tasteless, and only had vinaigrette on it. He feels the quality has greatly declined in the last few years. We both have decided it wasn't worth $24 for 2 regular lackluster sandwiches. In summary, the people were polite, friendly, and respectful, the service was kind of disorganized, and the food absolutely sucked unless you're one of those people who thinks ketchup is too spicy!
