**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more For the longest time, the one restaurant and/or eatery that I would associate with gourmet pretzels was Auntie Anne's. However, if I ever wanted one, I would have to take the 20-minute drive from where I live up to Melbourne Square Mall. Ergo, I am thankful Wetzels Pretzels opened up nearby me. Though they may not have the same "popularity" as Auntie Anne's, their similar food fare, to me, is just as good. Though an address is provided, Wetzel's Pretzels (which I will shorthand simple to Wetzel's for the remainder of this review) is one of the two restaurants located inside the Walmart Supercenter on Malabar Rd. If it helps, they are closer to the west entrance, the one closest to the garden center, pharmacy, and auto center. For starters, Wetzel's is set up like a restaurant/eatery in the food court of a mall without the huge seating area. It was clearly designed for patrons to either order food before they shopped or after checking out. There probably are some people who come into Walmart specifically for Wetzel's, but that is probably the minority as I know most people will avoid Walmart if they can. If you've ever eaten at an Auntie Anne's, then Wetzel's fare shouldn't be anything too foreign to you all. They have different versions of jumbo pretzels, cheese pretzels, "pigs in a blanket" hot dogs, bites, sauces, and cold drinks. How long it takes for you to get food depends on specific factors. For example, if you are the only one there and what you order is already premade, you'll be in and out, lickity-split. Waiting time increases if 1.) there are more than one patron ahead of you in the cooking time queue or 2.) the food you ordered needs to be made fresh. Wetzel's is neither better or worse than others just like them. Their food and service is no better than the next big competitor. I just happen to go to them because the time it takes to get to them from home is much shorter. But that is a personal preference compared to their overall experience. I will give Wetzel's Pretzels a solid three out of five stars, earned over the course of multiple visits whenever I shop at Walmart. Not a place I would go out of my way for, but if I am hungry and happen to be inside Malabar Rd.'s Walmart or if I am hankering for their kind of food fare, I am glad Wetzel's is there

Especially if you compare them to Auntie Anne's pretzel dogs or if you compare them to their own picture on their own website. So hopefully in the coming weeks they will get better at making the pretzel dogs. I can tell you that the hot dogs themselves were terrific and the pretzel dough was good there just wasn't much of it. So I'm hoping they get better. I put a picture of a pretzel dog from their own website here and also some of the product that I received.

A successful brewery, in my opinion, has great beer and great food. Service is always welcoming, it's nice and spacious with outdoor and indoor seating to beat the heat. We especially enjoy the games inside, my kids like to play with the Jenga blocks. They have something for everyone, beer, cider and their NA root beer is one of my favs on tap. As for the food, we always get some soft pretzel bites (Annie, are you okay? On their menu) with beer cheese, queso-birria tacos (SO good), chicken tacos and we've also gotten the smash burger. Everything is so flavorful and is consistently good. The location is great and a big parking lot, though it gets crowded during peak hours. They have restrooms inside including a changing table for parents with babes. Def recommend Intracoastal as a place to gather with friends or family, have a cold drink and enjoy some delicious food.

I've never been to this restaurant before at this specific location, but I can see why everyone picked it As is to be expected different people arrived at different times, but we were all able to sit comfortably in a group and the weight staff accommodated our amount of guests by exhibiting adaptability and patience I personally enjoyed a classic cheeseburger with a double patty and a side of steamed vegetables. Not only is this place military friendly but the quality and quantity of food I got at that price point doesn't feel like it can be beat. I will say that I glanced over at the Pizookie which looks fantastic and saw a drink with a duck in it that is going to ensure the next time I come by I try it as well Sharon was our waitress and she did a fantastic job making sure everyone's order was on point and circling back often not only to check on our food but to refresh our drinks accordingly. Another thing I liked was that people's orders were brought out virtually close to one another despite being ordered a different times. We had a fantastic time. The place was super clean. There was plenty of parking and easy to find all in all the experience merits every last one of its five star ratings.

There was, however, an incident that was not so great. After we placed our order, before we even got our drinks, the Manager called for a "brief" (short meeting?). We didn't know where JoJo had disappeared to. We overheard a food runner tell a nearby table about the "brief". This was a Friday evening in a busy restaurant. When JoJo finally appeared, he was apologetic and somewhat frazzled. I question the necessity of the Manager pulling all the servers away from their patrons at the same time. It was strange. While it didn't ruin our night, it was an avoidable interruption. It may be a little while before we return as competition in that area is fierce. When we do, we will request JoJo to serve us again. I am giving 3 stars due to the Manager's poor decision and leaving the patrons confused by the "ghosting" by the server.

I understand it can be challenging for new owners to reopen a business and uphold its original integrity, but unfortunately, these owners have failed miserably despite the multiple chances I've given them. They are extremely inconsistent with their hours, often closing during peak times or random days of the week. Tonight, for example, a busy Saturday night with the village packed...they decided to close early at 9 p.m. and were only serving rum and Coke or beer. They were literally turning away business. The authentic German food that once set this place apart is gone. While a few "German-style" items remain on the menu, I wouldn't recommend them. The overall atmosphere has completely changed, no longer family-friendly, with rude staff and no trace of the live German music that used to fill the air and make this spot so special. Absolutely appalled by the management at this Wendy's location…read more My family placed a DoorDash order that took nearly an hour to arrive. When the driver finally showed up, he apologized and explained the restaurant was chaotic, with frustrated customers leaving and staff refusing to fix problems. When we unpacked our order, multiple items were missing--meals, drinks, sauces--you name it. I called the restaurant immediately. The first person hung up on me. The second call connected me to Michelle, who claimed to be the manager. What happened next was shocking: * She yelled over me the moment I began explaining the issue. * Repeatedly insisted it was a "DoorDash problem," refusing to take any responsibility. * Told me to "shut my mouth" before hanging up. * Refused to answer any further calls. This is not just bad customer service--it's hostile, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a manager. Managers are supposed to listen, solve problems, and represent the company professionally, not speak to paying customers like this. I am urging Wendy's corporate leadership to take immediate action. Someone who treats customers this way has no place in management. Proper accountability--disciplinary action, demotion, or termination--is absolutely warranted. Customers deserve respect. This manager showed none. Consider this a warning to anyone thinking of ordering from this location
