Really disappointed with my visit to Auntie Anne's. The customer service was terrible. Please improve your customer service. The attitude from the girls, they came off intimidating instead of friendly, and it did not feel welcoming at all. Do better because customers shouldn't feel like they're bothering you just for ordering pretzels. read more

Went today and got denied service because I asked if she was upset because she was being extremely hostile and rolling her eyes (as shown in photo) I know it's the end of the shift but it's not costumers faults. Being treated like that for no reason was beyond me. The guy and her were both very rude and I saw him mouth the word bitch just because someone can't hear doesn't mean I can't see. Yay or Nay? 1/2 Stopped by for some mini dogs. Thought they were good. They were left in the oven a tad too long though, so they had a slight charred taste. I've only been here twice and the first time was much better. Seems like this place may have a consistency issue. Expense 1/1 Paid about 7 bucks for 10 mini dogs which felt fair considering it's in a mall. Location 0/1 Located inside the mall which is not convenient if you just want to grab a quick snack. Parking shouldn't be an issue, huge lot. They accept debit/credit cards. When I stopped by they didn't have mini dogs available, so I had to wait for about 15 minutes for a fresh batch. I wanted to grab a quick snack and it ended up taking a lot longer than I had anticipated. Plan to return? 1/1 Probably at some point. read more

The 2016 YELP 500, Review #092: I like the concept of pretzel nuggets in a cup. I also enjoy flavored lemonades. Well BINGO this place has both! There was a young girl working here on the day I visited. She was so pleasant, polite and professional. The other employee was lady of size. She was working in the back when I ordered for my girlfriend and I (2 nuggets and 2 drinks). I finished eating first so, I walked over to take my pics for Yelp at which point the bigger lady comes out of the back and had no idea who I was or why I was taking pictures. So let's just say I received a not so warm reception from her. Other than that it was another satisfactory food experience at Auntie Anne's. Four stars originally... minus one for attitude is fair. read more

The pretzels and the drinks were as tasty as usual.Here is the problem: lousy customer service. The lid on the drink was malfunctioning and it kept dripping. After the manager had to tell the employee to just change the lid, the employees recommends I use a straw. " It helps" she adds, as if that was the problem. I actually showed her how it was dripping from the sides, but that did not seem to register with her. Then we sat nearby and I saw all 4 of them including the manager make fun of the situation. I am hoping that a training to teach professionalism, courtesy, and mannerisms in on the agenda for the next meeting. read more

I like this Auntie Anne's because there seems to always be a Groupon offer for this specific location. Just recently Groupon offered 25% cash back at this location. The pretzel quality at Auntie Anne's is much better than Wetzel Pretzel. The pretzels are thicker and taste fresh. The reason for the 3/5 star rating is because their flavored slushie lemonade is disgusting. I ordered a large Peach slushie and I was extremely disappointed. I wasn't even being picky that day, I was just dehydrated and needed anything cold and refreshing. But what I received was a foamy substance in a Large cup. When I ordered it I assumed it would come from a dispencer similar to an Icee Dispencer, but I saw the cashier making it right then and there and stirring the powder into my cup with a spoon. It tasted like a science experiment. Save your money and buy a soft drink instead or a slushie from somewhere else. read more

This pretzel looks good and I tasted it for the first time in the past. I love it and I went to Auntie Anne's to get other pretzel flavors.

It's 1230 pm was craving a pretzel came in for the 2 for 6 deal and they just had regular , salted, hot dog bites, and cinnamon bites ready . I was trying to get an almond crunch pretzel and a regular unsalted when I asked the young lady at the cash register if I could get an almond crunch she said "we don't have any. " I think it's obvious that I could see that but can't you make them or shouldn't they be in the making in case u have customers come in wanting that popular flavor. Especially when you've been open for quite some time now and your employees are just standing around talking to each other about their plans for Halloween. Horrible customer service. read more

This is the worse place Andrea was the employee Dafanie" de Manager and I won't to let this pass Alyssa the shift manager it was about 6 people working in this little place I was second on line to get a pizza pretzel for my grandchild It took me 12 minutes waiting to get service and another 5 to the Andrea girl to complete my 2 items order. I was standing in like waiting. The lady in front said she was waiting on something. So she told the lady she can serve me, the sales person looked and me and turned her head. She put her hands on her hip and mumbled something the the woman. Didn't acknowledge me at all. So I said something to her. I asked can I put my order in while I wait. The woman looked at me and turned away. The customer in front of me said, we are waiting for the lady to come back. I don't understand why the pretzel lady wouldn't open her mouth to say anything to me. I was going to wait until the other lady came back.
