The pepperoni nuggets are the order here, bite-sized and satisfying in a way that holds up as a snack between stores without being too heavy. The cheese dog is a solid pick as well if you want something a little more substantial, with the pretzel dough doing what it does best wrapped around a hot dog with cheese. The menu is simple and the concept is familiar, so the experience really comes down to execution on a given visit. When the pretzels are fresh they are genuinely good, soft and warm with the right amount of salt and a slight chew that the chain has always done well. The issue at this location is that consistency is not always there. Wait times for fresh batches can stretch longer than they should. Service can be hit or miss depending on who is working, though there are clearly staff members who take the job seriously and make the experience easy. Going during a quieter part of the day rather than peak weekend hours tends to result in a smoother visit overall.

Decided to grab a cup of pretzel nuggets to go to share with a friend. We got a regular size of the salted for $9. Nuggets themselves were tasty but were much smaller than at other locations; about half the size. I also asked for a lid and the employee said they didn't have one. I clarified I wanted one from a soda cup (they use the same cups for the pretzels as they do soda) and he still refused which I thought was very odd, especially cause he gave one to the customer in front of me... for the same type of cup. Lowkey was a little sad I just wanted a lid :(

They seemed to be either unprepared or understaffed because it took about 15 minutes to get to the register where the same guy also prepared your drinks, dips, and pretzels. I felt bad for the even longer line of people behind us as the pretzels were not very fresh by the time we got it. Since the food wasn't that great and the dips weren't kept warm, I do not plan on coming again. Its a pretty small establishment that gets filled easily.
