The pups always enjoy Aunt Kerry's! This trip we went to get some treats and it has been raining for days and I knew the pups needed to get out of the house! We saw plenty of things we just had to get but mostly enjoyed the pets and lovins from the best staff! They really do customer service right! I also got a bandana from the discount section (25% off)! Their prices are a bit higher but so worth it to support the place that makes my pups the happiest! read more

Aunt Kerry's Pet Stop - Aunt Kerry's Pet stop - Pet Stores Near Me - Wilmington, North Carolina

Griffin and I love our trips to Aunt Kerry's! Treats for him and lots of smiles and great advice for me as a new dog owner. I rely on them and completely trust them to help me choose the best food, treats and bones for my boy. read more

Aunt Kerry's Pet Stop ad appeared in a Dog Living magazine I read over coffee while vacationing in Carolina Beach. As I'm hoping to get an Akita puppy this summer, I'm stocking up on puppy goodies and supplies and decided to visit Aunt Kerry's on the way back home from the beach. Wow! The store is small, but the quality of the goods is incredible and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Most of what I saw was for dogs, but there is a small cat section. They have natural pet food, leashes, collars, cool toys, treats, and water bowls. I got Zoë a colorful collar with beach umbrellas on it. Although I don't live in Wilmington or Carolina Beach, I'm looking forward to taking my new companion on beach vacations when she arrives. And I know where we'll be stopping along the way! And she'll be wearing her collar from Aunt Kerry's. read more

What an excellent & amazing pet supply store!!! They have a large staff for such a small shop & every single employee is enthusiastic, friendly, & knowledgeable. We brought our new puppy in for the first time to buy some treats & a collar & ended up staying for an hour while we talked all about dogs & the store puppy frolicked with ours. Seriously the most adorable doggy day ever! They also have a great selection of food, treats, & other doggy necessities. read more

Aunt Kerry's Pet Shop is fabulous! The owner is very caring, helpful and knowledgeable. This is a wonderful place to find the best quality items for my dog. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a locally owned business aimed at caring for your pet. Simply The Best! read more

Shopped for the first time here (I am an avid PetSmart shopper), and I must say I will never go back to PetSmart (unless I absolutely can't get something from here). The customer service was extraordinary. I walked in and someone came up to me and asked if I needed help, which I did (shopping for birthday treats and a Thunder Shirt for my parents German Shepherd). I told them what I was looking for and they took me to the product and gave me advice on using it. Upon checking out they gave me a birthday bag for Bella and also a sample of their cookie bar for her. May have to bring her in to meet these super nice people. They went above and beyond. They are a true example of what customer service should be. They have gained a customer for life in me (no matter of the price)! read more

My fur babies have developed a food allergy so I called around to figure out what to do. The employees here were very knowledgeable and helpful. They recommended that I bring in the list of ingredients in their old food to make sure the new food was safe. I dropped by with both the dogs yesterday afternoon and was very impressed with the large inventory of specialty foods. The woman who helped us gave both my babies a treat and even let us sample the new food before purchasing. My favorite part about this business is that they have a money back guarantee for all of the animal food. The woman taking care of us even helped me out to the car! Amazing customer service and hopefully this new food will be better for my babies. read more

It's a small store but they have a nice selection of natural foods and treats for dogs, including products for the dog who eats a raw diet. They also have a small selection of bowls, toys, leashes, and clothing. They have a nice staff who are more than willing to help you out. If an item is not in the store, there is also an option to make a special-order as well. It's a great store for the area! read more

Aunt Kerry's Pet Stop has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. As a new pet owner it was great to receive some professional advice as to how I should rotate proteins for my Labradoodle puppy due to being an allergy prone breed. The natural dog food recommended was a great price (better than the internet, and they told me the great story behind the brand - Earthborn Holistic) and they set me up for an automatic loyalty program to save even more should I continue buying the brand (which I will). I always prefer to patronize small local businesses, and even more so when they offer a much better experience than the larger chains. Petco was okay and is a little closer to my home, but Aunt Kerry's is worth going a little out of the way to get much better service and to support a great local business. I am proud to recommend Aunt Kerry's Pet Stop as my new go to pet store! read more

I shopped at Aunt Kerry's Pet Shop for the very first time recently. I walked in with a concern about the diet for my older cat. I was greeted in a friendly way, the individual assisting me was friendly, knowledgable and informative. I was given a sample of food to try with my cat and we had a conversation on how to introduce it. I appreciate the ease and friendliness of my interactions and how generously I was treated in being given a sample to see how my cat would respond. I am grateful and plan to return to this store many times in the future. I love returning to stores who appreciate customers and are of service in friendly ways. read more

The guys who helped us were so kind and knowledgeable and very sweet to our dog while they fitted her in a new harness. They said we could use it for the weekend and if we had any problems we could bring it back! Well, we won't need to return it because it fits our dog perfectly. But we WILL be returning to Aunt Kerry's for future dog needs because they rock! read more
