She also has a good variety of bagged treats, toys, leashes and harnesses, and even some food. The owner was very sweet and helpful, and even gave us a couple of small treats to go. I have tried several times to book an appointment to have my pet groomed and the website shows availability and makes the appointment successfully. I even get a confirmation text message. But several minutes later I get another text cancelling the appointment. If I call in to make the appointment, I am always told the groomer is not available and will return my call and she I am assuming is the only one that books the appointments. Well she never returns my call. The customer service here is just poor so I can only imagine how well they will groom my baby. Please look elsewhere and save yourself and your pet the trouble.
