She was so bad , I took her to vet Sat morning because I thought she had ear infection. Vet said ears were clear. There seems to be irritation on inside of ear flap. Today is Monday and she is still in major discomfort. I have had this dog groomed many times and never in my years of dogs have I ever had a dog come out of grooming being so uncomfortable and in pain. Why this place got good reviews is beyond me

I love Show Quality and will always take my dogs here. I live on the other side of town but it's worth the drive. I believe it's family owned and you can tell they really care about their clients. They recently informed me that one of my dogs had dead fleas on them and whatever flea protection I was using is working. That is very reassuring considering I checked my dog over for fleas a few days prior and didn't see anything on her. So they were able to find what I couldn't. I love the bows they put on the ears. All over great place and highly recommend

The beds were removed to wash but never returned. They had to sleep on the concrete floor for most of their stay. They did put a comforter in there for 1 night. But it was peed on because pee pads that I supplied were not put down. So after that was removed, they had nothing. The camera is grainy at best especially at night. And my dogs stayed by the glass doors so I couldn't see them most of the time as the camera didn't show that area. So it was useless to pay for that when 90% of the time, you can't see them. It made me sick to look at the camera and not see any beds! My dogs will not be coming back! What's not in the photo? My dogs or beds!

After a break for a few years, I got another dog and went back to try to use them. They set up an appointment for a Monday and told me drop off was from 8:00 to 9:00. I arrived at 8:10 and found the door locked and no one there. Upon checking online it stated they were closed on Mondays. I returned on Tuesday at 10 after 8:00 and was told I had missed my appointment. It was on Monday. I told them I came and no one was there. The girl said oh sorry I was running late. Stuck in traffic yesterday. No call to see if there was a reason we had not shown up or wanted to reschedule. Was told that there could not be any grooming done when I arrived due to missing my appointment and then being booked up. Crap customer service and an uncaring worker. I will not use, nor recommend them anymore.

terrible experience. They clearly forgot my dog was even there after having to reschedule…read more Initial grooming appointment was for last Wednesday and was called that the air conditioning went out and it was unsafe to complete the grooming, was told we could reschedule for today, double checked this with the front desk last week when i picked my dog up after being there all day waiting for grooming in a crate and getting nothing. Dropped him off this morning and assumed everything was set, nothing was said otherwise from the front desk staff and they took him right back to "get the bath to start". At lunch I received an automated text message that the appointment is scheduled for next Monday... I called as he is physically there supposed to get the grooming now, or should have already had it. No one answered so I left a message asking about this. a half hour later when no one called back I called again and the person on the phone said " I did get your message, it is up to the groomer if she has time to do the hair cut?!" but no one bothered to reach out to me to tell me this. had I not called a second time he would still be just sitting in a crate! it is now 3 pm, I have changed my schedule to get him to and from this appointment twice and he has been locked in a crate since 8:45 this morning with no call to tell me this even when i call??? Ridiculous. When i show up to pick him up the employees at the front don't even care that this has happened, offer no explanation or reasoning on this at all. I ask to speak to a manager and am just told "they aren't there", on a Monday at 3 pm? great way to run a business. Avoid at all cost, I will never go back.

I took my dog in for a dental cleaning with a written estimate of $539.99. When I arrived for the…read moreappointment, the total had jumped to as much as $656.97 because of a fecal test (apparently due since April) and a heartworm test -- neither of which was ever communicated to me between the estimate and the appointment. Both were things I would have agreed to with notice, but springing them on me the day of, after I'd planned around the original estimate, is not how a well-run practice operates. The lack of communication continued through discharge. My dog came out of general anesthesia and the tech who released him didn't verbally review feeding instructions or what to monitor for overnight -- it was only in the packet. At my previous vet, the veterinarian personally called after a dental to let me know how it went; here, I didn't hear from the vet at all. The results of the heartworm and fecal tests weren't reviewed with me either, even though the whole purpose of the heartworm test was to clear my dog for his flea/tick prevention refill -- I had to ask about both the result and the medication myself. One more practical note: they're consistently booked out at least two weeks. If your pet has an urgent issue, don't expect to get in quickly. The care itself wasn't incompetent, but for the premium they charge, the communication and follow-through were well below what I'd expect. I won't be bringing my pets back.
