The third one I am assuming was a visit paid in cash, since there was no proof, I went ahead and paid it again. I will no longer be using their services since they cannot properly apply payments to a patients account. They did the same thing to my husband.

With this analysis, she was able to tell me what I needed to do in order to improve my nutrition. Along with this, she recommended tests for my doctor to take as part of my yearly or semi-yearly visits in order to monitor and improve a medical condition I have. Kris Roberts is a very easy going, intelligent, and friendly person to work with. I recently just started paying for my own insurance through the health insurance market place. Not…read moreknowing a lot about the health insurance world I chose a plan that had a decent yearly individual deductible. My plan is almost $400 a month. Having just moved to Ohio I needed a new Doctor for mental health purposes. The young lady that answered the phone could not have made me feel more like I had the plague once I mentioned I had Molina Health insurance, she indicated this was Medicaid and they don't take Medicaid. I said, I don't have Medicaid, I pay out of pocket every month for my insurance. Very degradingly she said "Molina is considered Medicaid" we do not take it". Oooof the anxiety the response gave me. So I asked if I could be a self pay patient, as I just need to see a doctor to get my mental health under control. She said we can't do self pay if you have Medicaid. I said I don't have Medicaid I have Molina. LordT if I could have only known that I would be treated like a leper I would have never mentioned my insurance plan. I really wish people were nicer in the office and realize that there are REAL people suffering from mental health problems. Being kind really goes a long way, you never know how your tone or inflection can trigger someone's mental health.

This is actually a review for Emergency Outpatient care facility. I went in because I was really…read moresick during a trip home. This is one of the nicest patient facilities I've ever been in. The best part was no waiting. I was the only person there. I barely got my seat in the waiting room and they called me back. The staff was attentive and friendly. The only problem I had was with the girl who tried to take a throat culture on me. I told her not to use the tongue depressor on me but she insisted anyway. Let's just say it got mildly uncomfortable for a few minutes when I had to explain to her that if she wanted vomit all over her to go ahead and do it again...Dr. Wood was great. Very thorough, good bedside manner. The guy who came in to give me my prescriptions was kind enough to call the pharmacy to find out the prices of my prescriptions when I told him I didn't have insurance. That was cool of him to do that.

Patients who are there for non-communicable…read moreissues are not isolated from patients who are obviously communicable - coughing, vomiting, etc. Waited over an hour, 5 patients ahead of us, no one called back other than first triage. Finally, woman came with with very harsh cough, clearly in distress, (possibly COVID?), went to triage, came back out with a mask on and seated near other patients who were asymptomatic for respiratory issues. NOT GOOD. Decided that waiting in that room could result in an illness worse than the one we came in to treat. We've used this location one other time several yeas ago, and had an excellent experience. This time, absolutely terrible.
