Update: The Medicare decision was in my favor, I won they lost. I do not have to pay for the second office, at the same time and same day as my wellness visit. This greedy office cannot exploit senior citizens, hopefully not without consequences. I filed for an fraud investigation as well, because they know what they are doing. Office manager Holly, NP. Curati, Ms. Gorgonzola and Dr. Chow all seem to be in on it. We pay almost $1,000.00 per month for medicare and supplements. They want to take the few things we get for free, (yearly wellness visit with blood work. They kicked us out of the practice, and we were right and they were wrong, so much for the Hippocratic Oath. I visited emergency here and from check in to checkout everyone was kind, caring, efficient, and explained everything in a non- hurried way. I felt I received excellent care. The facility is bright, clean; looks new. I would definitely recommend this stat care! read more

I went to Aultman West for annual preventative care. I went to the imaging dept. The registration desk employee was Fantastic, very caring person. I am disabled, much difficulty walking with quad cane. She left her desk area, no others waiting at the time. She walked with me arm in arm to the room. She also after I was done, came and again helped me walk out to my car. She went above and beyond her job to meet need of a patient. The young lady doing the mammogram was also super caring, great person. I was there on 4/23 at 9 am. Absolute Best place to go for care. read more

If I had been able to talk I would certainly said something i would regret now. If I would have been able to walk, I would have stomped off. The " Doctor " actually asked me " why did you come HERE " ? Since my words were garbled,Michael said that I was acting Mean. Google claims that Aultman WEST Located at 2021 Wales Ave Massillon Ohio.the ER is there for MAJOR CONCERNS and TRAUMA. Please know that the Dr.... a term that is said LOOSELY &/or nurses that frequent Aultman West Located at 2021 Wales Ave Massillon Ohio NW are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL NON COMPASSIONATE UNQUALIFIED & DEGRADING. Aultman West ER is the worst! I will never go there again. Their Urgent Care Center was 100 times better. I waited 3 and a half hours and never got to see a doctor. They kept passing over me for more important patients. I saw those patients, they didn't seem all that sick to me. They were disorganized and rude and showed no compassion. I saw 5 people walk out before me, after telling me they had been waiting many hours and with no guarantee when they would be seen. They probably had no staff. Aultman, get your act together. read more

Waited over 2 hours to get a room, which is annoying but I get it they're busy. when we got back to the room the doctor comes in and is a complete unprofessional jerk. Made comments like "well why did you come in now? You wait until the busiest day of the year to come". If you're looking for compassion and understanding and someone who wants to help you find somewhere else. read more

Be careful choosing this facility, they do their best to get you signed up/committed, but then there is no appointments w/ your therapist. This is because they're cultivating new patients, just as you were. The feeling of a meat market assembly line will become obvious when your initial appointments are complete. Now you get the option of a second string therapist on the 'team' of your initial therapist. The feeling of being an annoyance gets old very quickly. Maybe this is common throughout rehab's in general but I feel there has to be better out there.... read more

o today I got burnt in my back 2 and 3 degree burn and when I came into the hospital to check in my back was burning so bad I asked the lady at the desk if she could help me and out some of the burn stuff on my back for me she informed me that she could not but the nurse could I said ok can u ask someone if the can help it's on fire she said they have people to see and there's others in front of me I said look it's really on fire she continued to sit there and never asked no one. When a nurse came out I asked could she help me bc it's bad and she said one second and helped me It's sad that even at the er they don't even care to try and help even if u just ask and they say hold on for one second even tho my ship is up and u can see the bubbles on my back is worse Her name is Rachel light skin lady with 2 pigtails and to not even try and ask someone is sad to me and to think how many people come her and have to deal with this beside this uncaring front desk worker thank u to the nurse Ms Megan that took her time to help me that even smiled didn't have no smart remarks or looks thank u so much it was very appropriate read more

We have received good care here in the past. I wish it were that way yesterday. After waiting over 2 hours in the waiting room, we were called back and given chairs on which to wait. We assumed it was until a room was available. We were wrong. This was to be our room. My poor daughter had to have her medical information blasted down the hallway because we were never given a room. She was in great pain and couldn't lie down or elevate her leg. Steve, the nurse who took us back was very kind and compassionate. He got us heated blankets as the hallway was freezing. Finally, the physicians assistant, Diane, came to assess my daughters leg. She was abrupt and in such a hurry that we were given no opportunity to ask questions. The X-ray tech, Abigail was another friendly and helpful professional that assisted my daughter. When the results were back, PA Diane came down the hall and loudly proclaimed that "the leg is fine". I'll get your paperwork ready. I expected that she would come a little closer so she could lower her voice. I had a few questions that I wanted to ask. After another 45 minutes, she returned, quickly rattling off instructions and asking for my signature while chuckling about how it "got hairy" for a bit. I don't care if there are 100 people waiting. The few minutes you spend with us need to show respect, compassion, and professionalism. My daughter received very little of that. Spending 5 hours there and having to sit in the hall for hours while in great pain and having your business out there for all to hear is not anything to be proud of like your commercial states!!! This emergency room sucks they do not care about their patients at all they did the bare minimum to see if I was pregnant and for my little sister who's finger is infected didn't even give her antibiotics what a shame and they didn't even do a blood text to see my hcg levels and they were really rude and told us not to come back for what we had came for unless it's an EMERGENCY but the outside said stay care and didn't know it was a emergency room there was only one nurse that was nice everyone else was rude and they thought they were better than us and just plain out racist smh I would not recommend going there read more

This is actually a review for Emergency Outpatient care facility. I went in because I was really sick during a trip home. This is one of the nicest patient facilities I've ever been in. The best part was no waiting. I was the only person there. I barely got my seat in the waiting room and they called me back. The staff was attentive and friendly. The only problem I had was with the girl who tried to take a throat culture on me. I told her not to use the tongue depressor on me but she insisted anyway. Let's just say it got mildly uncomfortable for a few minutes when I had to explain to her that if she wanted vomit all over her to go ahead and do it again...Dr. Wood was great. Very thorough, good bedside manner. The guy who came in to give me my prescriptions was kind enough to call the pharmacy to find out the prices of my prescriptions when I told him I didn't have insurance. That was cool of him to do that. read more
