I arrived and Wendi greeted me at the door, because her receptionist, her mother, had gone to pick up her son. The office was clean, neat, and easy to find because of the pictures on yelp. I appreciated the family-run business vibe... My adjustment was splendid! I have seen many chiros, and Wendi did a fantastic job. She also helped me with an issue that no one else had really addressed. She seemed to get all my "spots" and I will be returning for future adjustments! Prices were also VERY reasonable considering I pay out-of-pocket. Wendi was friendly, had excellent listening skills, and afforded me her full attention. I actually saw them in the office rolling their eyes, making annoyed gestures, and loudly sighing at another patient over the phone. This is your job, ladies. People call you to try to get relief from pain and suffering, not to screw up your day.

I joined their "health plan" for $49. Was charged twice. I had to cancel one at my bank. I returned in January, was charged the $51 the plan stated. I did not return for another appt due to having pneumonia. In February, I was sent a bill stating the $141 was not enough to cover my January visit (it took you 2 months! You had my chart in front of you when I paid for what I had done!), now you want another $85!! They then proceed to turn it in on my credit report as $100!! I will never return to this office.
