I really enjoy coming to this office. The staff are usually super nice and bubbly. This office has multiple doctors. I personally have never been seen by Dr. Ragon, but Dr. Cooke is pretty good. This office focuses on your overall health. They also offer massages. It's a great office to go to. They now have offices in other cities as well.

Dr McMillen developed a very good rapport with me, he put me at ease by explaining the process, and answering my many questions. He first determined the reasons for my neck and shoulder pain before applying treatment at my second visit. He explained how I could have surgery to remove a bone spur in my neck and gave me alternative treatment for a few sessions and I am pain-free (except when I swing my grandson around). I now make a monthly visit to keep my cervical area decompressed. After my latest appointment, I asked Dr. McMillen to suggest a decompression unit for my home use and he agreed to research some for me. Later, I called to inquire about the reliability of a brand name of decompression equipment for my home use that I found. Dr. McMillen personally took my call and advised me that the manufacturer was reliable. I am very happy to have found such a personable and effective Chiropractor. I am glad to see him monthly rather than experience surgery.

I've used it for months.. He kept pushing so much I had to leave. They are known not to do anything. Insurance companies don't cover it because the science doesn't support it. It's mostly a high-profit treatment with weak proof. A lot of chiropractors use decompression tables because: * They can charge cash (no insurance). * Sessions cost $50-$150 each, often sold in packages of 20-30 visits. * The machine looks high-tech and impressive. But the actual medical benefit, according to real research, is small to none.

I was there for three hours for no reason and after my treatment, my condition got worse. I had to go to my primary care physician to seek treatment to make me better. I was not very impressed especially by the arrogance either. Additionally, $60 due at visit, then another $80 two months later. Billed my credit card instead of sending invoice to my house for the $80. Also, couldn't get my name correct even after showing/giving them my ID to copy. Seemed to want multiple visits for treatment, too.

He is so friendly and really knows what he's doing. I started seeing him for severe sacroiliac pain that was requiring me to get a steroid injecion under anesthesia. I arrived around 8: 46 and attempted to open the door to your office. Lights were on, people were inside and the only sign on the door said push. So I stood there and looked like I was trying to break in, as in my head, something is wrong with the door, I was told to be here at 8:45 and it's after. When someone did come to the door, they let me know " we don't open till 9" I explained my appointment was at 9 and they said something to the effect we are going into our morning meeting the doors open at 9 and proceeded to shut office door. I sat down in that chair right outside office the door and realized I was not wanted here and I left. I hope things can be adjusted so this won't happen to someone else in the future.

My primary reluctantly complied and I was referred to Dr Lavery after seeing Dr Kelly. She sent me to Darla Schwab at Aultman North. After my first visit I was not feeling like things would go well. She did her assessment, did some therapy that really helped, but then said, "do these stretches and exercises and I'll see you in a month". A month!? After a few days my 20 year plus symptoms that three major hospitals had given up on after years of treatment at each started to subside. She is so busy that you will need to wait. and, take what she says seriously because she really does know her field like few others. I've always been happy with Aultman Dover therapy site, but if you have pelvic floor symptoms, male or female, it's worth the wait to finally be able to have something near a normal life. After a year I'm down to only seeing her for flare ups. And, now, since she is a PTD, she offers dry needling to help as well. Amen, a long time prayer has been answered.
