The sign when you walk in states "Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life". Perhaps you should hire front desk staff that actually practice this statement.
As I sit here, anxiously waiting for my procedure, I have to overhear the sarcastic responses to what I assume was the person on the phone questioning insurance copayments. "Insurance is only for the sickest incidents" is rude and pathetic. No one needs to hear about your insurance prowess, no one needs to hear about your opinions on student loan forgiveness or what you think of the current generation that was not as fortunate as you to put your two kids through school. These statements make people not want to patronize your establishment. When I returned to my surgeons office I voiced my concerns only to told that they have heard these complaints before. Once you cross into the pre-procedure area, the nursing, anesthesia and surgeons are so wonderful and deserve 5 stars. read more
