The girls are always lackluster and never friendly the atmosphere is so boring and I always leave in a bad mood. Not at this salon centric. Since I've been coming here the girls are so friendly and nice I can't say enough about them. I go out of my way now just to go to this location for my supplies. I got two phone calls yesterday because I had an order on hold pending a 10% discount sale they were having she was reminding me to come pick up my order. So as I was searching for a closer Mally's to my house besides the Hillcrest one that is hard to find parking. I mean TERRIBLE. I saw that they stuck one next to the Sally's by the 24 Hour fitness. So my review is based on this . The other two in San Diego are terrible. This one is GREAT. it is small but it has all I need. The one gal I have seen there is so sweet and helpful. She doesn't just ask if she can help you. she genuinely seems like she wants to help you. she makes conversation about what you do and not in an intrusive way like she thinks you may steal or something. more like hey are you going to be coming here and can we carry something you need etc etc. I am really hopeful now that I have replaced the other store with the great service here. Only downfall which is minor and not worth dinging star is that the hours are sort of strange Monday and wed have different hours than Tuesday and Thursday . but just by a half hour. so as long as you can keep up with that all is good.
