The lounge is always clean, the customer service is wonderful, and everyone here genuinely knows what they're doing. Tara is usually the one who does my waxes, and she is amazing! I've also had appointments with the other employees, and they've all been so kind, professional, and great at what they do. It's clear that the whole team takes pride in their work and cares about their clients. One thing to keep in mind is that parking is street meter parking, and it can sometimes be difficult to find a spot, so I'd recommend giving yourself a little extra time when scheduling your appointment.
