Great facial. Jacquline was extremely nice. I purchased a Groupon about 2 months ago and finally decided to make an appt. appointments are made online. A credit card is required in order to secure your appointment. Which i don't like because I prefer not to leave my credit card on random sites. Salon was very clean and organized. It's located in downtown La Mesa, so bring change for the meters since they don't have their own private parking lot. I had to park 3 blocks away from the actual salon. Love the salon look. Sheik, modern, colorful and warm vibes. Jacquline was ready for me when I arrived. Which I appreciated, she's timely. Quality products are used. I should have inquired more about the facial methods that would be performed during the experience because I wanted to get extractions however they weren't included in my package. Overall, nice, relaxing experience. A high possibly that I will return in the future. Her normal rate outside of the Groupon is $80 depending on the facial you select. read more

I was 7nable to keep this appointment with this "spa" I realized I did not call 24 hrs like I was supposed to, but because of the nature of the type of work I do I was unable to keep my appointment. The nature of my work requires me to stay as necessary. I did give notice to this business 2 hrs before the actual appointment. Then the had the audacity to ask me to reschedule, but they were going to go ahead and charge me a $25.00 ell fee because I did not give the 24 hr notice. WHAT A SCAM! I found Jacqueline through Groupon and had my first - but not my last! - facial with her today. I am a relative newbie to facials, have had maybe five in my life, and thought of them as a pampering treat that is out of my budget except for the odd Groupon deal. Forgive the pun, but I've had an "about-face." Because of all that Jacqueline shared, I now understand what tailored facials can do for my aging skin, for both health and aesthetic purposes, and I know more about my own skin's needs. Receiving the facial was a restful experience, and i like the cozy, clean space very much. Jacqueline has more degrees and certifications than most in this field and has impressive skills and experience. I also love that she uses only the most natural of products, something I really care about.
