While I appreciate how kind she was, because of my sensitive skin and the condition my face was left in, I unfortunately will not be returning. I'm really disappointed and sad about the experience, especially because I had hoped to leave feeling good about my service.

The only minor hiccup was a brief communication mix-up (English isn't everyone's first language here), but once I clearly restated that we wanted pedicures too, they immediately moved us into a booth, and took excellent care of us. Overall, a solid, no-fuss experience. Great for a quick, affordable pamper session. I would definitely return!

I didn't win the raffle but the winner wanted a wax, nothing more. Reina's couldn't do this so she offered the certificate to me as she knew I really wanted microblading done. The winner told me the business had verbally approved the transfer-- as they should seeing as it was hers to do with what she pleased after winning! Moving forward..... so I buy this GC... I'm stoked! Next day I contacted Reinas to book, told them I was the one who purchased raffle ticket from winner.... Etc. Lady told me this was being offered by artist Nazzii. I requested her insta.. all checked out... and that very same day she had a cancellation! I was then told to shoot her a text of my brows before the appointment. I then text the photos to Nazzii and immediately she said she doesn't work on brows done by previous artists. Kind of weird since it's a SEMI PERMANENT tattoo that calls for touch ups every 2-4 years (depending on skin type, sun exposure, etc etc.). And In my case, it'd been over three years... ANYWAYS....that was pretty much it. No mention of corrective options, removal, or starting fresh. Just statement that she doesn't work over other artists TATTOO* (ahem-- I don't have tattooed eyebrows!) followed by a message stating that "Microblading is a natural individual hair stroke on natural brows". .....yes this is correct.... And your point is.....???? Pshh Her alternative offer: one brow tint. One brow tint. For a $600 certificate. Ya know... if terms and conditions were disclosed prior to the raffle....All would be fine. And come on ---The original winner couldn't even swap it for a basic brow wax (which is fine they only thread)..... but the fact I couldn't use it for the service it was issued for... no no no. And the business's solution was a single tint service worth maybe $20. In conclusion........Before booking, I'd suggest reading the review directly before mine on this page -- it appears to describe a very different policy about working over previous brow work. Make of that what you will. Zero stars if Yelp allowed it.

They did an ok job. Would have been nice to have felt pampered instead of as a body in a seat. Sometimes it's the little things that make a difference. For example not having to ask twice to have a bottle of water (they were kind enough to provide) opened while my nails dried. Or if you say your going to provide something for the feet so pedicure isn't ruined provide it vs dessert ing the customer as you're eager to close early. One person did my hands and one did my feet. They chit chatted with each other the entire time basically ignoring me. So , treating myself' did not quite feel as special as expected. Overall the service was ok and my nails look good but the experience was not as it has been in the past nor as anticipated. Go when you want a decent mani or pedi and bring cash.

10/10 from the service, to atmosphere, to the immaculate vibes that Em gives off. I receive the sugaring Brazilian service and my life has changed ever since I began! My hair would grow in extremely fast and thick, and now I'm astonished on how long it takes to grow back! It has thinned out dramatically since I began approximately 2 months ago. Do your self a huge favor and stop shaving & waxing ! I recently waited over the 3-4 week recommendation to get a maintenance appointment, so I was assuming it would be crazy down there. Em is truly amazing at her job!! When you first walk in she's extremely nice and comforting from the process until you walk out the door. Sugaring is definitely unpleasant but she makes it very comfortable and never misses a hair! I never once felt sore or experienced excruciating pain. She gives you tips on how to maintain. After your first sugaring, the second time and so on are very easy! Best part is, she's super quick! It only takes about 5 minutes. When exfoliating and moisturizing before and a few days after, they last for 4-5 weeks without any hair growth for my experience! Her environment is comforting and she provides hygienic products and a clean space! She's absolutely amazing, I definitely 100% recommend coming in for any of her services!! read more

I was initially referred to her by my best friend for sugaring but over time, her quality and work ethic won me over for ALL my self care needs. I had never sugared before but she made me feel so comfortable and walked me through each step, educating me on why each step is important. Honestly, this woman is the kindest most patient aesthetician I have ever worked with. I have an extremely low tolerance for pain and yet she walked me through it all. I was debating and hesitant about starting to sugar wax but it's the best decision I ever made! This was my second time going. And let me tell you! It was amazing! The first time I was so nervous I had to drive and parked outside for an hour because I thought I wouldn't go in. I took an Ibuprofen just in case 30 minutes before, but the pain was not bad. Emily was amazing, so gentle and sweet. She helped me breath through the process which helps a lot. I'm a baby for pain but the second time I forgot to take ibuprofen and it was just ok. I have never had such a positive experience! I usually get waxed but I was recommended by a friend to come get surgared with Emily and I felt amazing. She took her time to explain what type of after care I should do so that I don't have any post -removal reactions. I opted to receive a jelly facial on my bikini and it worked wonders! I have never felt so smooth and I did not have any of my usual post hair removal acne or any rashes. The best part is, my hair took much longer to grow back! I just had my first Brazilian sugar wax, and while I won't lie--it was definitely a bit painful--it was totally worth it! The technician was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The sugar wax itself was less harsh on my skin than I expected, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and soft everything felt afterward. I thought I had committed to a waxing salon, but then I found Emily! I had been wanting to try sugaring by a professional for so long. I had attempted it at home with no luck. Emily was realistic about the pain level for a full sugared Brazilian, but she also made the entire experience really comfortable and quick. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I always leave unharmed, never burned or in pain. 3. I was using another waxing place in-between because I forgot to schedule my appointments on time (i was out of town etc) and they had no technique. Ashley has a technique that pulls the hair out properly and nearly painless. She's quick and efficient. And when my hair grows back its not coarse or ingrown. 4. Great availability. 5.
