I was definitely nervous going in but Emily was very straightforward and made me feel very comfortable, plus she had some great throwbacks playing in the background which helped me chill out haha. Make sure you read the policies but then again it really doesn't matter because Emily will do what she wants. I had to cancel appointment 2 days prior to my appt because I tested positive for COVID. At the time of canceling I wasn't thinking about rescheduling I wanted to make sure I gave enough notice so the spot could be filled. I didn't know that I had to reschedule at that time or I'd have to put another deposit down. Ok whatever, but then I saw as I was going to schedule an appt that cancelation policies. I'm sorry you feel like I'm so in need of your services that I would call and ask direction, after you couldn't handle my questions. I love Emily! She makes me feel extremely comfortable in a very vulnerable position (sugaring is not for the faint of heart). She's also very relatable and fun to talk to, despite the fact that she's literally pulling out hair follicles from sensitive areas. Aside from the pain, Emily's sugaring HAS RESULTS! Personally, I didn't believe it. However, I've waxed my arms twice with her and I'm on my 7th week this time around and I barely have any hair grown out (same with my legs). Sugaring is definitely unpleasant but she makes it very comfortable and never misses a hair! I never once felt sore or experienced excruciating pain. She gives you tips on how to maintain.
