She told me to ask Nicole when I got there if she could do my brow wax in addition to my Brazilian so I did and Nicole said no and that she would not have time. She told me to get undressed, I told her I'm fast yet, she took what seemed to be 3-5 mins to come back in. The Brazilian went smoothly, I don't need extra care, and I don't make small talk. I went out to pay and no one was in the lobby waiting. The receptionist bumped my appt from 10:40 to 11:00. Nicole was done and I had paid at 11:03. I sat in my car and handled a few things to see if anyone came in the front doors. Not one client walked in. I left at 11:15. Nicole had PLENTY of time to do my brows. PLENTY. She was just being petty. To top it off, she had the nerve to get offended and drop an attitude on me when I didn't tip here. Was she actually surprised? Unbelievable. There are WAY too many choices for waxing here in San Diego for one of your employees to act like that.
