I saw August today, it had been some time since my last visit. He's in a new office still in Beverly Hills with easily accessible parking. Today was my first experience with any type of cosmetic procedure. I was so nervous. Even after conducting lots of research, I was still scared and a little confused in regards to the process. I'd heard about and seen quite a few negative experiences people had with lip injections. On top of that you have got to trek to B.H. bypass the ultra plastic beauties, park, and make your way to this very busy office. Meh! Save yourself the trek and hassle. A couple of years ago a medical practitioner I work with suggested I see August about laser resurfacing and boy am I glad I did. August is warm, caring, honest and extremely good at what he does. Everyone is super friendly, warm, compassionate and even fun to be around. - August prices are extremely competitive, particularly on laser treatments. Generally I worry that lower prices mean a lack of quality or experience. You need not worry about that here. August is one of the best at what he does, and he works hard to assure that he can deliver fantastic services at the best price possible for what he does. -August and June are committed to making your experience as easy and delightful as possible. You will receive follow up calls just to see if you have any questions or concerns, as well as just to see how you're doing. - If you should experience a problem, (as it turned out I was allergic to a post laser treatment cream), you will be cared for immediately and beautifully. The moment I expressed concern about "itching and swelling" I was asked to come into the office "right now" (not tomorrow at 11, or Monday at 3 as is so common with most medical practices). I walked in the door and was seen immediately (didn't even have time to sit down in the waiting room). I was quickly prescribed appropriate medication and the discomfort ended almost instantaneously. Again, there were multiple calls over the weekend (of course it happened on a Friday) just to verify that I was comfortable and that everything was back on the right track. The Cons: I can't think of a single one (which is unusual for me). If you are considering laser treatments, August is your guy. I guarantee you will have a great experience.
