The team at the facility was amazing, seemed yo genuinely care and be wonderful with the animals. I have a new puppy so I'm generally new to boarding, training, grooming, etc. Which is why I would have preferred a more clear and consistent communication of what you offer and how that could be customized to support the individual needs and preferences of each dog and their owners. I'm sure I'm not the only customer feeling this way, and the lack of transparency in pricing and what's included in the services is off putting.

He left dirty, has a cut in his eyes and the blade went into his leg.
