I called Artic Air at 8 am on Monday 7/17/2023, and a tech was at our house at 3pm that same day and our AC was working and running beautifully (despite being 20 years old) by 5pm. This tech was very nice, worked efficiently, and fixed our AC when our house thermostat said 87 degrees inside. The tech diagnosed the issue as shortages in the wiring. He fixed those, installed my new thermostat, and went ahead and cleaned the unit for a reasonable price. I really wish I could remember his name but I 100% recommend this company!

He actively poisons the rain catchers I fill up every day for the birds. He is poisoning me as well, and the ground where people walk their dogs. It's crazy. Living here has been a nightmare. College kids should not be property managers! I'm so tired of my housing being in the hands of college kids who click a button on indeed. These are our homes! Btw I pay full rent every month on time. My civil rights are being snuffed out by these people. I don't feel safe here. They have messed with me since I arrived. I am grieving the loss of my father right now, and they are actively messing with me every day. I can't even grieve my dad properly bc I'm being harassed by these people. Tabbatha added $250 to my September rent bc they needed me to go through extra hurdles with my emotional assistance cats. I gave them my letter for both cats when I moved in, but they have hounded me to do extra things and fill out all kinds of forms and applications for them. I already applied and was accepted. I've never had these problems in 20 years of renting apartments. They charge a market price, but it's not a market value. Old dirty carpet, cracks in the tiles in kitchen and bathroom, old damaged and not updated at all. One very small pool that they don't clean so roaches are all in the pool, any time you go. Trash everywhere on the grounds. I documented the same trash in front of my window for 2 weeks until I finally threw it away myself. I've documented their abuse and I'm going to sue them. Every woman should be on alert here with this guy. It's not the African American guy. He is awesome and very kind. It's the Hispanic guy. Please be aware. On July 20th he stalked me at the pool after his work hours around 6:30pm. The office closes at 5:30pm. I refuse to deal with the property manager here, as I do not feel comfortable with her bc of her retaliation against me for telling on him. They didn't send me the renewal offer after I told on him. Oh, and the trash bins are constantly full and trash bags on the ground. I want my money back. We all just accepted these corporations overcharging us to live and hiring college kids who don't take care of the property or their customers, me. Water problems every other day here.
