When I received the contract I signed it and set a installation date. I was shocked when the job was done and it was a smooth wall, looking very Institutionalized. When I reviewed the contract it did in fact say smooth. Yes, my bad for assuming our agreed discussion was the final product. The installer was polite but lacked any attention to detail and efficiency. I had to point out areas that he forgot to caulk, left the basement wide open, used the bathroom and all the toilet paper and then didn't flush! He didn't clean up and left dust and dirt everywhere. The position of the hardware is way to high and defiantly not even close to the older fixtures. I had to call to set up an appointment for Bathfitters to re-caulk an area, specifically asked not to have the same installer as I didn't want to have a disgruntled employee that I complained about coming back in my home. And of course that's exactly what they did, by sending him back. There are too many documented dates of when I've tried to reach out to them over the months. Their follow up is horrible. Just be aware that you will be leaving dozens of emails and calls. They apologize for the miscommunication and said that they would replace the wall with the textile that we agreed upon for an extra $1k. I'm pretty dissatisfied but I did sign the contract regardless of what we agreed upon when getting the quote. Get your pocket books out it's going to be expensive.

Josh came out to give a quote and…read morewas rude when I said my husband was at work and would have to chat with him about the quote later this evening. He specifically said "get him on the phone now and we can chat!" absolutely not.. my husband is at work and who just makes a $$$ decision during a quote appointment without discussing with their spouse? Also, when I asked about taking measurements so if we decided to move forward with everything later we could, he replied "No I won't take measurements today not until your husband is present so we can go over financing" In my experience with home renovations we get quotes and then discuss after to decide which company we would like to go with.. not get pressured in my own home to sign right away. Overall very poor sales techniques and if they just run on pushy, pressure sales I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

At least 100 roofing nails and debris left on ground after they said it was cleaned up. Also dropped a load of shingles on top of our unprotected generator causing $650 in damage. They did cover repair iv the generator, but would not fix the gutter problem without another $450. Took 2 weeks to get a manager to call us about this. Do not recommend this company.

Well, I came home from work one day and all the forms were in. He called me later that evening and said they would be pouring two days later. Low and behold, two days later he poured the concrete, did the finish work, cleaned up and the concrete looks fabulous. I was very nervous about choosing a concrete contractor, however Dan Lyson did a great job and I would absolutely hire him again. Thanks Dan for being conscientious and doing such a great job. Ummm, because you left zero instructions and the crew has no common sense? It's your job to manage yout crew, not mine.
