Dr. Putt has been spending too much time on the golf course (at least that is the explanation by the technicians to why I have not seen him the last 5 years). The front desk now is incredibly rude and condescending. If you don't have the right insurance, get out, if you have a question, we don't have time for this. The last hygenist I saw was yelling at me the entire time, and telling me all about how much her life sucks. The hygenist I saw for many years who was amazing left the practice unfortunately. And when I first joined they were willing to work with me on a dental plan that works for me. Now it is aggressive treatment and pressure sells that requires X-rays every 6 months and deep cleanings. If you don't like it, I was told by the front desk to GET OUT. Ok you got your wish, good riddance.

I had just suffered through a week of hell from a different practice, where they botched the extraction of a tooth by failing to remove it completely, not inserting the bone graft properly (it came out), and leading to a hole in my sinus. Dr. Kramer did a full periodontal exam, including a CT scan, and showed me the damage done by the other practice. I was actually relieved because I had had such a horrible week of pain, lack of sleep, etc.. He then scheduled me for the soonest surgery possible, even though it meant him and his staff staying late. I'd never been super anxious about dental work before, but because of the recent trauma, I was incredibly anxious. I shouldn't have been. Dr. Kramer did the procedure without a hitch. I have had no postoperative complications in the two days since. Their professionalism is so appreciated. The fact that they're funny as well is a bonus. Great people!

I needed a dental implant ASAP. Denise spent two hours on the phone with my insurance on Friday morning. On a telemedicine call Friday afternoon and Monday in the chair having the work done. Everyone was so accommodating and pleasant, never did they make me feel like I was imposing on them. They definitely went over and above to take care of me. What made this even more amazing I had not been there in two years. And the time before was a cold call from my dentist for a tooth to be pulled and the fit me in that day. I have never been to a practice that treats there patients so well. They really have it all together in a state of the art facility.

I contacted the office and asked why the first i was hearing about this was 5 months later and the response was i owe the money. I told them i paid in full I paid 5500+ on my final visit. Today i received a call from a collection agency saying i had been delinquent since Sept. and payment was due in full. I pay my bills, excellent credit score and to be sent to a collection agency and effect my credit over there shooty billing is a place i would stay far away from. I also will be in touch with my referring dentist. I hope they enjoy the $470.00 dollars as i am hopeful this will help others not get caught in what seems to be a common sneaky pratice.

The treatment is professional: Hands are gentle and words soft spoken. I feel the doctors here give me options for treatment plans / schedule, and they are not trying to up-sell me on work that does not need to be done. I learned that both Dr. Oh and Dr. Chan are leaders in their field, splitting their time teaching and practicing. This shows as they use more advanced technology when cleaning my teeth. Not only was Dr R calm and reassuring to our teen, he got everything done quickly and efficiently using just local anesthesia, and it looks great. He also offered a slightly different technique to make the recovery much less painful, and our teen made a quick recovery. I cannot praise Dr. R's terrific skills and great bedside manner highly enough! You will be in really great hands here.
