This is of course not the stores fault or the staffs fault but made it hard to continue to appointment as they didn't have any styles she was interested in. Laura was amazing! She would take the phone and talk to my mom and show her each dress I tried on - from full length to up close to the tiniest details of the beading on the dress. I feel like some other shops can be a little pushy or constantly bugging you. We tried on several dresses and they have a big room with mirrors to check yourself out. We were also allowed to take photos. My sister ordered her dress from them and didn't have any issues. I had them steam my wedding dress, but I can't remember how much they charged. I just had them steam my bridesmaid dress for another wedding I was in and it was $25 plus tax. I think the service is great and everyone is very helpful and friendly. I will continue to use this shop for anything else that comes up.
