The clinic told me they "don't refer anyone" and instructed me to schedule a CT at Rayus Radiology. Days later, another staff member called, apologized, and admitted there had already been a CT order sitting in my chart for Swedish Medical Center. Their own team had to fix the mess. This is not just minor rudeness. It is disorganized, unsafe operations that delay care for serious injuries. If you experience anything similar here, do not stay silent. I called to schedule a hearing test and long story short, Eva would not give me an appointment without a referral. I told her my insurance doesn't require referrals and she told me they all do and they deal with hundreds of insurance companies. Then she said good-bye and hung up on me. I called my insurance company and they agreed that they don't require referrals and offered to call Kitsap Audiology on my behalf. They also talked with Eva and she told the insurance company that (They "Kitsap Audiology") require referrals and then said good-bye and hung up on my insurance company. My insurance lady called back and told me she couldn't believe they hung up on her. So it's not just me! Amy, who I believe is the owner, has ALWAYS been great but with this office manager I think I may call the two other Audiologists my insurance company suggested in my area. However, that meant I would be charged a fitting fee set by the practice. I don't know about you but the numbers tell the story: $1000 for the hearing aids, $2200 for fitting fee. You do the math.
