After several days, they haven't even the decency to call me to give me some explanation of why they treated me so poorly. Here is what I sent to them on their webpage: Amy has always been great in the past... BUT, things have changed I guess with an office manager named Eva in charge. I called to schedule a hearing test and long story short, Eva would not give me an appointment without a referral. I told her my insurance doesn't require referrals and she told me they all do and they deal with hundreds of insurance companies. Then she said good-bye and hung up on me. I called my insurance company and they agreed that they don't require referrals and offered to call Kitsap Audiology on my behalf. They also talked with Eva and she told the insurance company that (They "Kitsap Audiology") require referrals and then said good-bye and hung up on my insurance company. My insurance lady called back and told me she couldn't believe they hung up on her. So it's not just me! Amy, who I believe is the owner, has ALWAYS been great but with this office manager I think I may call the two other Audiologists my insurance company suggested in my area. This is one of the last places I thought I would be treated like this.

Dr. Robin Fiscus performed the testing and recommended the Starkey AI hearing aids, which can help with the tinnitus. After the VA approval, she fitted the hearing aids to me and patiently explained all of the functionality. A few weeks later, at a followup appointment she answered the few questions I had and now I'm happily hearing well again. The tinnitus didn't completely diminish, but is now much more tolerable. Dr. Fiscus was very friendly, polite and professional in all aspects of our association. I will not hesitate to seek her help when needed in the future.

The audiologist is very well versed with the answers to questions I hadn't even thought of. And I got my hearing aids within 4 days. They had received my hearing aids earlier than expected so got my aids. They really make you feel welcomed when you come in for services.

Some of the paperwork could be completed on line which was nice. They were respectful of COVID procedures when I came for my appointment. Dr. Grolley was very good at explaining what my situation was and the options for improving my hearing. He was efficient when we did hearing assessments and explained the results so I could understand. When I had some difficulty with my insurance he volunteered to speak directly to them to resolve the matter if possible. I am hoping for positive results. I would definitely recommend you consider Link Audiology if you need hearing aid assistance.

I've been so discouraged for years with the way my health has been managed. Reflecting back to the days that doctors were in medicine became they felt compelled to help you in all ways possible. Rather that currently where most don't even look you in the eye and their answer is to push drugs. None of them want you to get well anymore. None of them feel they need to keep you happy. They could care less. They get paid if you come or not. This clinic is everything medicine used to be and more. I was hesitant for years because I paid for health insurance. I can say 5 minutes into my meeting with them to discuss how the program worked I knew I needed to switch. The cost is so minimal compared to what they give to you.
