Audio Visual Nation has been more than a supplier but a partner for us. This is one Labor company that has the highest level of professionalism and service. The care level and the client relation was superb. It has always been a great company to work with since day 1. The passion and determination of being the best in servicing their clients, have exceeded our expectations and have gained them the respect and appreciation from our end client as well. The camaraderie and the loyalty of their team is reflected because of how the management genuinely cares about their freelancers. It is a reflection of a good working environment. The team leader, Silver, never stops to better the company. His vision of being the best in the industry made him focused on attaining it. He has always been a model of professionalism. Regardless if he owns the company, he doesn't mind doing the leg work and being part of the team. And in my point of view, that is a real team leader. Their roster of technicians, engineers and even hands are always presentable, knowledgeable and helpful. But what is more important to me as a planner is that they are polite and professional in front of our end clients. It may not always be a smooth ride, but at the end of each project, this company delivers not just what is expected, but goes way beyond their way to give it their best. I would definitely hire them again and again and again. read more

My experience with AVN was excellent. I signed up for their event streaming services, and I was met with kindness and professionalism from the very start. The person who coordinated this with me was very quick to answer all of my questions in a way that I understood, and this made me feel more comfortable with the prospect of streaming, which was something I didn't understand for this big of a project. Our boutique hotel needed help to create a marketing campaign in order to reach potential guests across our social media platforms. We hired Audio Visual Nation, and they delivered! First of all, they were super professional and understanding. They never dropped the ball on communication. Second, their home office in Dallas, TX was accessible and they honored safety precautions. My team and I felt very comfortable meeting in person. In the end, together we created a compelling marketing campaign for our business just in time for summer. The challenges of this past year regarding the pandemic left my team with no choice, but to adapt. We previously had no experience with live streaming, which led me to Audio Visual Nation. Our new streaming events have run flawlessly thanks to Audio Visual Nation and we now plan to expand this avenue in a post Covid-19 world. I highly recommend this company, I'm not sure this could have been made possible without them! read more

I had no idea how to pull it off, but Audio Visual Nation came in, set everything up for presentations and classes, and took away a lot of my stress in trying to organize the event in the large space. I hadn't even thought about it, but they offered a live stream of all the classes and events and even showed all the booths.
