I should have done this review a long time ago! After being a contractor for 25 years, I know the difference between someone that gets it done versus someone that talks about it! Mike does what he says he is going to do, does it expeditously and cleans up after himself. I have had issues with AV contractors before and I grilled all the contractors that came to bid on my project. Mike understood the situation. He answered all of my questions. He made some recommendations and after major research, his recommendations were confirmed. Plus, he has amazing Yelp reviews so I went ahead and contracted with him. The big day arrived and Mike called the day before to confirm my area was ready for installation. He arrived on time. He had all the equipment. He reviewed the equipment that was supplied by me. Four hours into the main living room, the ceiling speakers were installed, the 65" LG flat screen was installed and he was moving upstairs to the bonus room. He installed my 50" plasma, receiver, DVD player and speakers in the ceiling. The next day he came back and finished off the Master Bedroom and the Master Bathroom. The Directv did not show up as promised so Mike came back and programmed everything 100% and he showed me how to work everything. Here is difference... Ten months later, I called Mike explaining that my 3 year old daughter played with the remote control and some of the features stopped working. He asked me to push a few buttons and he identified the problem. He said he needed to finish with his current client and he would call me back in 15 minutes.
