    Had four new speakers installed in my F150. The job was done quick and all door panels looked perfect. Price was reasonable.

    I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for years so this experience was extremely disappointing…read more I purchased a dishwasher, and the installation was handled by a subcontractor (Tried and Tested, LLC). What followed was a complete breakdown in professionalism and execution: - The technician marked the job "complete" without ever showing up - My tenants took off work and waited all day - The technician arrived nearly 8 hours late - Unprofessional behavior occurred in front of a child - The installation was done incorrectly, causing a water leak and property damage Despite requesting a different technician, the same subcontractor was sent again. The situation got worse when a replacement dishwasher was scheduled without my request. During that visit, the technician dropped the new unit and installed a damaged dishwasher with a loud, faulty motor. At that point, I had to hire my own contractor out-of-pocket to remove, return, and replace the unit properly. This cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress. The lack of oversight of subcontractors is a serious concern. If you purchase appliances from Best Buy, I strongly recommend confirming who will perform the installation. This experience fell far below expectations.

Fine--things happen, so I made another appointment. Showed up early the second time. The auto tech, Doug, rolled in right at 10a (my appointment time), had to get himself situated, then immediately "reminded" me it's a drop-off and he'll get to it when he gets to it. Meanwhile, my confirmations clearly state a 10a appointment and that the warranty service should take about an hour. The actual fix? 10-15 minutes for a known issue with the radio/vehicle combo. I asked for a manager. Brittany Austin came over and while she was professional, it felt very staged--like managing a dissatisfied customer vs actually addressing the issue. Doug's dismissive approach was never really acknowledged, which was the main problem. At the end of the day, all of the back and forth could've been handled differently and with a lot more respect for a paying customer's time. This radio was purchased here and this is now my 4th visit back. One would think... but apparently that's too much to expect. And they get paychecks. Smh. 0 stars

    They fixed my car, for a quite reasonable price, considering the rise in proces of "good" stuff"…read morewhen I had been *three* times to a much more expensive "luxury" shop, and when no other shop could or had "found the real problem" (I tried two other electrical shops - briefly, before the luxury shop recommended I try these folks). The only visible sign of the problem(s) in my car was intermittent. At Tidewater Auto Electric VB, the electricians are fully experienced, KNOW the electrical field technically, and do not just "throw parts" at problems. (Like slavish followers of "AI" or manual "suggestions", elsewhere.) Yes, I had to be patient and wait my place in line, and wait a week or so while they actually did troublehooting, but it was worth it - to me. The only electrical problem I've had since was self- (using a "cheap" Amazon charger) inflicted. BTW, someone remarked, on a different and negative review, about "rude staff". So far as *I* was ever concerned, the *lady* out front knew her stuff, handled multiple things at a time, and was very very helpful to me. *I* did not consider her rude, at all. I cannot imagine her being rude, unless it was in reaction to rude or inconsiderate behavior on the part of another. (My Mom, a lady also, would NEVER put up with less than courteous behavior by anyone, ever.)

    WARNING!!!! 5-19-25 I stopped by to get an estimate to have…read morean amp and 10 in speaker installed. The price was unbeatable, later I found out why. I have a brand new Trax and i was told with new cars it was a little hard to install. I informed him of that and said if you get to a point that your not sure what to do STOP in which he agreed. I made an appt and had the installation done along with tinting my front windows. When I picked up the car the text was impressive and the radio sounded good. BUT it wasnt til I drove off and on my way home did i notice the speaker had a constant hum that got louder with acceleration. I called, spoke with him and went to the shop the next day so he could also hear it. Me being nice after he stated he had to do some calling around to find out how to resolve i gave him another WEEK. This man didnt make any contact and when i called from my cell he did not answer so I called from work. Still the run around. I then went to his shop again and we had a conversation if I took the car someone else and they were able to resolve it he would refund SOME of the money's paid, which he agreed to at the time. What you think he did? My last visit to his shop he had gotten TOTAL AMNESIA. I explained to him yes you did install the radio but its not able to be played without a constant bass sound even without music playing that increased when I accelerated. Even when the radio was on it still had the back ground bass that was actually giving me a headache. As I calmly walked away I stated dont worry about it. I will just write a review. And im going to post it every time I think about how $50 could have resolved this issue. I would recommend his tinting services but I wont encourage a bad business man that doesnt stand on his word.

I had taken time off of work and I live 20 min away. Coming back in an hour was super inconvenient. I then cancelled my appointment and he could have cared less.
