Additionally, when I went in he knew exactly what harness was required and explained others would try to adapt the starter to the existing harness and some of the problems this causes, including the potential for the dealer to deny any service due to a check engine light warning. Brian said that would never happen with his, but if it did, he said bring it back to him and he'd fix it. He added that I won't be back! Maybe not for service, but I will be when I want to install a system in another vehicle

Luckily for me Bryan still has his business up and going and hooked me up with some pretty sweet audio gear and honestly was shocked he still remembered who i was after all these year's. Long story short if anyone is looking for audio systems, car starter's go see Bryan at CarTronics while he's still available, you will not be disappointed trust me. His installations are immaculate, he's honest with his customers, and goes above and beyond out of his way to give his customer's the best finished product. He's one of the very last few around in the audio system field who takes pride in his craft. I would 1,000% recommend him to anyone looking for audio equipment and installation.

The job was completed exactly in the time they said it would be and they spent plenty of time on instructions. I highly recommend this store. Had a problem with the radar detector not turning on, stopped at SoundFX (without appointment), they took the car right in and took care of what turned out to be a minor problem in less the twenty minutes and did it at no charge. This is a great service oriented business. Thanks Sound FX.

I have an Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, so I had the service guy look at it and determined it was only the iPhone plug. Believe it or not, they charged me $16 for a new one despite the several hundred dollars I spend on the system to purchase and have it installed. Does it make sense to anyone that they would charge ME for their defective cord rather than doing the right thing and replacing the iPhone cord? They not only lost a customer but what will this do for their reputation? Was it worth $16? Stay clear.

There was a bit of haggling and they agreed to do some maintenance work (Timing Belt/Water Pump) since I was bumping up to 125K miles at a good price. I found them to be honest (showed me the replaced parts) and detailed the vehicle nicely. The car drives like a dream and the "new" version is about $45K more new than what I paid. For a vehicle with 125K miles, I'm very impressed. Do I have expectation that the battery or struts might need replacing in the next year or two? Probably but I will probably have these folks do the work. Overall a great deal and would recommend.
