We love our Audi A5 Cabriolet. This is to thank Ivan at Audi Tucson for his help today. The Tucson dealership is a "mess". Today, 3 months after purchasing car & zillions of phone calls, Ivan set up my iphone & Nav. Turns out, in addition to muffing up our contract, us having to sign 3 times, not getting a contract number until the exact day our first payment was due, being unable to set up auto pay, and still not being able to activate GPS, I learn today that our car was never activated in the Audi system. Ivan did not sell me the car but took the time to set up for me. Much appreciated. read more

Just bought 2019 Q8 and as fate would have it on a trip to Montana a rock hit the condenser...no air condition. Service was excellent and handled very professionally. We were given a courtesy car and it was done in 2 days. read more

Chapman auto service center is a class act. Expect to be treated with professionalism, from the moment you hit the door, until your car has been serviced. I have never been pressured to have unneeded services, nor have I ever been overcharged. The service quality is outstanding and fast. I would not go anywhere else for my car maintenance or services. read more

I scheduled my Q8 for the replacement of fuel pump and oil change not quite at my 40,000 miles so Dylan suggested this strategy. Very very happy as I needed filters as well once checked. I appreciate the transparency of service (video and communication). I picked up my car two days later as the timing did not work and Audi was accommodating as well as giving it a fresh wash (thanks Dylan). When picked up couple issues and Jordan ran out to assist- Amazing Awesome Team work by the front end as well as the back end. Totally Appreciate your service- Peace and Blessings! Natalie read more

Audi Tucson always takes good care of my car. Especially, my man Jordan. He's been my tech since I've had my car. Very professional and attentive. This place excels in customer service as far as maintenance is concerned. I didn't by my car here so I can't speak on sales but I'm sure they're just as good! read more

I am so impressed by Chapman Audi of Tucson - the facilities, the professionalism, the service, and especially the people. This was my second service visit and Jordan was so helpful and friendly. I bought my Audi in Texas a few years ago, and was so disappointed on many levels in the El Paso dealership sales and service people - I dreaded having to visit. Now that I see what a GREAT dealership is like, I am VERY HAPPY to be able to go to Audi of Tucson from now on and look forward to when I need to buy my next Audi here in Tucson. read more

Always great service at Audi Tucson. Love the video they make of my car every time! Super professional. My Rep Jordan is the best!

Jordan has been my contact for service on my Audi for the past 3 years and he give the best customer service you could ever imagine! With that said, I see the others and they seem to be very nice too - I just always ask for Jordan and he takes great care of us! Love the videos from the hard working staff that take care of my vehicle too! 5 starts all around for Audi of Tucson! read more

Audi Of Tucson was efficient in servicing my car. I waited and sat outside, since the weather was so nice. I had 2 recalls to take care of. Will be using this dealer for my future car services. Jordan was my contact and kept me well informed. read more

Martin was awesome. Very relaxing atmosphere with no pressure at all. The sales person does the whole purchase including the financing. Tucson Audi just does business right. read more

Be careful going to Audi Tucson. They will ignore your calls when it comes time to cancel your extended warranty because you TRADED in your Audi. I loved this dealership and service but as soon as I traded in my Audi for a Ford they don't answer my calls, won't return messages, their extended warranty service said I couldn't do anything the paperwork had to come through Audi dealer. So it's been 7 months and I'm owed $$$$ but deaf ears!! read more

I was here a few years ago to test drive an Audi A4, and I have to say, this dealer's sales department was fantastic. They let a (then) 21 year-old male (me), test drive a $40k car without a single qualm. They didn't treat me as if I wasn't worthy due to my age, they weren't pushy, and they didn't talk smack about the competition. Also, they provided adequate answers to my questions, and they seemed to have concrete knowledge about the product of which they are selling; lack of knowledge of the product is a very common thing I see among car sales personnel, as they all seem to be fly-by-nights. Did I mention the showroom is a feast for the eyes for a car nut like me? Not only is it an impressing building, but it was absolutely amazing to hop in and out of some of the best that Germany has to offer. Ultimately, I wound up in an SEL premium Jetta, and later an Arteon, but I plan to keep this Audi dealer in mind for future car-buying endeavors. read more

This review doesn't even earn a 1 star. We took our Audi in for an inspection when the inspection light appeared. After the inspection they told us we need new tires, yet that was all. They refused to turn off the inspection light for us since we would not purchase the tires through them. I called and emailed the service manager Chris Graves. He never returned my call or email. I went back to the service department and the employees found my request to have the inspection light removed humorous worst customer service ever!!. it's worth driving up to Phoenix to be treated respectfully and get your service/inspections done. read more

We love our Q7 and have had this dealership do all the checkups and maintenance. They are so very accommodating and go the extra mile to give exceptional customer service. Robert was our service coordinator and he is exceptional. He kept us in the loop and was great at explaining all the details. Thanks Robert. read more

I bought a RS7 and I got a check engine light a few weeks after I bought it. I took it into Audi Tucson to get checked out. The fault was a #7 misfire. They diagnosed the car with two bad turbos @ $6K each. After a week of going back forth the warranty company, they covered it. Two days later the same fault came on so I took it back to Audi. They troubleshot it and was told that it was not a true fault. A few days later it came on again, told it back to Audi and this time they said it was a bad spark plug. They have been under my hood four times to fix it. I get the car back and my fender panel is messing. Had to take it back to Audi to get it replaced. And then on Thanksgiving day my buddy came over and want to see/ hear the RS7. When we turned it on the coolant level low light came on. We popped open the trunk and found the bottle cracked and the air filter box cracked. This has to be the worse experience ever with a dealership. Oh and today they received the new air filter assembly but it was received broken. I can't make this stuff up any better. read more

Stopped by the brand new Audi dealership this morning. Wanted to see the quality and options available on the beautiful Audi's. Not impressed at all... I walked in early enough in the morning to where no one was there shopping. No one came to talk with me while I walked around a showroom full of 80K and 100K dirty Audi's. ‍ Disgustingly... I walked out and went over to Porsche to look around while my car was being checked in for service. Audi... wash and clean those 60K plus vehicles and most importantly... Customer Service is always number. read more

I'd like to give Billy the customer service rep and technician James a huge Kudos! There are a couple of other staff that were awesome too (Jordan). I wasn't much of a happy customer due to previous treatment from another dealer (non-Audi), but these guys were great and ensured services were delivered, went above and beyond. I still ended up taking my vehicle back because of an unexpected oil leakage (2x), but when your treated like an A1 customer it's less frustrating. Hopefully this will be the last vehicle mishap with the oil leakage. Again I appreciate the generosity, teamwork and effort provided. read more

Everything went smoothly. My service lasted 40 min. I was disappointed that there was no outdoor seating or waiting area as there had been in the past before construction of the new Porsche "pavilion". Hauling a chair outside from the indoor area was a poor substitute. Especially here in Tucson, during a pandemic, a comfortable outdoor waiting area is essential. read more

As usual, the service department was right on time and made my loaner process easy as pie. Robert let me know when it was ready and went over what had been done and got me up to speed with the new software upgrade. One minor glitch, there were some parts left on the passenger side floor. When I called Robert, he arranged to someone from service to come to the house to reinstall them. It took about 30 seconds for him to do it. Extra points for that balances out the points for leaving them off in the first place. read more

Great Customer Service rep as he detailed everything that was required. So, no surprises. Service tech was thorough with the inspection and the work. Everything I expect from a dealership. Thanks. read more

This review does not even earn 1 star. We had a horrible experience with sales. Drove 1 1/2 hours one way to an appointment only to be given to a Porsche salesman who spent most of the time trying to sell us a Macan. Left a phone message complaint with the sales manager who never returned our call. Decided to give them one more chance with an Audi salesman 2 days later who at least knew the vehicle but pulled some car fax BS on us for a scrape we had fixed on the car and said he wasn't allowed to show us the invoice. Don't waste your time with this dealer!! Took my business elsewhere and found a great car, got a better trade on my car and was shown the invoice. Terrible, disorganized, unresponsive sales department. read more

I wish I could give zero stars, but sadly that is not allowed. I drive a Honda that I BOUGHT from Audi. So yes, it is a Honda but I have always been directed to go to Audi for any needs. This was the same with my previous car, I had a Toyota that I had to take to Volkswagen because that is where I bought it! I was pressured into purchasing a warranty by Fabien (the finance guy). He failed to offer me other packages that normally go along with this warranty and I have been left out in the cold. Don't go to Fabien! Per the warranty I have to take my car to the dealership for oil changes. I called and to schedule my appointment with the Audi service center. My appointment was made and when I inquired about the price I was told the service would be complimentary with my warranty. The woman who made my appointment confirmed that I did have a Honda. I show up for my appointment at Audi at the designated time. It was at this point that I had the unfortune of encountering an Audi technician named Robert. Robert is hands down the rudest person I have ever met. He treated me poorly. He was snotty about the fact that I owned a Honda. When he saw the Honda he immediately decided I wasn't worth helping. Robert simply told me he couldn't service my car and I would have to take it elsewhere. Robert didn't offer to help me in any way, he didn't even offer to call the service center for me. I called myself, where they found my appointment. Needless to say Audi did not service my car and the oil change was not complimentary. There are other dealers in town, go there! Whatever you do, DO NOT go to Audi Tucson. They only care about money. read more

My experience at Audi Dealership was beyond pleasant. Customer service has always been one of my most important determining factors when writing a review. Jill Jacobson is my go-to person when I have issues with my Audi A4. Jill is one of the most professional, courteous, and patient people I have ever worked with at any dealership. I used to live in Phoenix and refused to get my car serviced anywhere but in Tucson. They're all very well informed and are willing to answer any questions. My vehicle is always well taken care of and as am I. I actually look forward to getting my car serviced because I'm able to meet with these awesome people (and the coffee machine in the waiting area is another awesome perk). Highly recommend getting your car serviced here! Just wanted to update Audi review - still a 5 star review I wish I could add more. Evelyn and Dan are awesome and I can't thank them enough for being of such amazing professional advice. This place is just amazing and I can't trust any other car service or car dealership. read more

I was very impressed and appreciative of the service provided by Chapman Audi. I had a safety concern and they were able to work me in immediately, and had the part on hand to fix the problem. After having a horrible experience with a different Audi dealership in north Scottsdale, I was amazed at the impeccable professionalism and customer service Audi of Tucson provided. My sales associate, Eddie Zglinicki, was professional and extremely knowledgeable with respect to the Audi brand, and took the time to go over the features of the 2019 Audi A4 I purchased. Tim McElvain with the finance department was professional and not high-pressuring as you often encounter with a finance department. I was also surprised to find Audi of Tucson had the largest inventory of certified Audis, as well as very fair prices. It was well-worth the drive to down Tucson from Phoenix. Highly recommend buying from this dealership. Thanks guys for making my buying experience with you, relatively painless! read more

greeted me by name when I arrived for my appointment. service was completed when promised, including the free car wash.

Terrible experience, badly miss represented car! They were trying to take advantage of an out of state buyer! Avoid this dealership at all cost! A grinding gear, and obvious body damage causing the rear taillight to be physically loose, rear trunk and bumper cover to not line up. Caulking used to seal the cowl. Plus 1 key and not 2. In multiple discussions with the sales person, I was reassured this car was great. I was given a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) for this car and none of these issues were shown/noted. None of the issues were disclosed by the sales person either. PLUS, I flew to purchase this car. I left empty handed and had to buy another 1-way ticket back home. The sales manager knew this was going on while I was there and didn't have the guts/courtesy to come see me and make it right. He knew there was multiple issues with the car and should have offered to take care of my flight home at minimum. This was all on them. Wasted 10 hours of my time plus flight. And to let you know what kind of people run this dealership, they offered to sell me another car that just came in so I didn't "leave empty handed". Do not buy from these people. read more

Maintenance services are sketchy, I spoke to German and he was not helpful. I would leave less than one star if I could.

Audi of Tucson did a excellent job of getting us a new 2022 Q7. Covid, the war in the Ukraine, and ship/trucking strikes at US west coast ports impacted the time it took (just about a year from order to delivery). Throughout it all Audi of Tucson kept us informed. They delivered a quality product in the end with friendly and helpful service. Look forward to working with them as we maintain our car over the years. read more

Hoping this helps those shopping for a Chapman vehicle. Here's how it works. Sign this paper for us to pay $1000 of your deductible because cars get stolen and apparently Audi's are targeted (whatever). Sign this paper for your nitrogen tires (that you'll never use). Sign this paper for your blinking 3rd brake light. It's not an ask, "do you want this?". It's a sign here, and this is what you get. No mention of any cost to you...yet. You're already tired, yes, another tactic and Chapman systems are still super-dated and printed on dot matrix printers or its like someone had to hand-write all the paperwork while we waited. So, it's down to the final finance sheet breaking down the numbers. There are the 3 items totaling about $1000 (just under). You ask, because they didn't point it out by the way, and they say "well, it's kind of just built into the price of the vehicle". What? Yes, another review on Yelp with similar language. My love of the vehicle and being tired, I was dumb and signed. This is someone that buys a vehicle every 2-3 years, and I just wasn't on my game. Be prepared! Get caffeinated! Use this knowledge towards bargaining on the price (take more off the vehicle or get more for your trade) since its "built into the vehicle price". I always purchased in Phoenix and always had a great deal with no secret tactics. Looks like future purchases will be that way. The 2 stars are for previous service encounters being friendly and vehicles being fixed under warranty. read more
