All that's to say, stay in your car and wait for them to come. :) the waiting area is comfortable with a few snacks if you get there early enough, coffee, and a flavored water station. This is the most incompetent place I've ever been. They insist on setting my tire pressure at 38…read morepsi because "that's how they do things" even though Toyota specs for my vehicle and tires is 35. They did this in the dead of winter when tire pressure should be a bit lower! The last time I went there I got a tune up and oil change. I immediately started having issues with my car, and I should have turned around and when back, but I had an appointment to get to. A week later my car shutdown. They told me it was because one of my spark plugs was sitting in a pool of water and it needed replaced. WTF--one spark plug? Ever since then I've been having major issues with my car including poor gas mileage and shaking when the gas engine turns off. They refused to take any responsibility for whatever they did to cause these problems. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Oh, and I haven't even mentioned my first visit when the manager tried to push a new set of tires on me because the tread on mine was bad. When I asked him to show me, magically the tread was much better. Imagine that... I will never go here again.

I knew what I wanted very specific after hours of comparing brands, vehicles and models and trying to price out what I could afford. Joseph made it happen. He asked me questions about my life helping to narrow down which vehicle might fit my family and me best. He also patiently listened to and answered all my 900 questions without judgement. He found me something even better than what I thought I wanted. Buying a car takes awhile and even the manager, Leonard took time to bring me snacks and water. He made me feel welcomed. I love my 2025 Honda Pilot and am so grateful Joseph was there for me when I needed an expert. He will be my first call when I'm ready to buy a car again .....in about 10 years LOL. Until then, I will just help my friends find Joseph & Luther Hopkins Honda when they are in the market.

He did say there were other inquiries throuhgout the day, but stood his ground and held the vehicle like he said he would. Easy test-drive and purchasing experience. In & out of the dealer within 90mins. Love my new Honda!

These guys go above and beyond for me every time both when I come into service my 911 and every time in between when I'm researching which component or system I'm trying to figure out for the next part or next mod or next service job I want to order or perform. They're always willing to answer my questions and give me advice. When I get my car serviced they take the time to explain what they're going to do and how they're going to approach it. If I'm waiting while they work on my car they give me updates while I sit and chill in their great customer center. TV, WiFi, comfortable sofas, free drinks and snacks. Awesome. My favorite thing about their facility is the huge floor to ceiling window inside the service center that gives you full view of the service shop where you can watch all the work being performed on all the cars they have in that day. Most people sigh when it's time to take their cars in for a service. I can't wait! Thanks guys, there are too many of you to name and call out individually. You are all rock stars in my book!!

I purchased a Porsche Cayman R from them recently and this was one of the easiest transactions I've ever had with a car dealer before. Buying a car can be a stressful thing even under the best of circumstances, but buying one sight unseen from an out of state dealer can be a potentially perilous proposition if things don't go well. However, overall Auto Source made the experience almost pain-free from start to finish. My salesman was Brandon M. and he exhibited a high degree of professionalism and courtesy throughout the process. The car arrived exactly as it was described and with no surprises, which is exactly what you want in this type of transaction. We did a quick and relatively painless deal without any unnecessary negotiation and gamesmanship. The price was agreed fairly quickly and the deal was done. I would have liked to have made this a 5-star rating, but one small issue prevented me from doing that. I had agreed to pay a $300 "split the difference" shipping premium to get the car here as quickly as possible, but they were not able to deliver on their original commitment of "2-3 days". (The car arrived roughly 7 days after I had made payment to them.) Not a huge thing, but I had agreed to that extra amount to get the car earlier and then it didn't happen. Their solution? They offered to refund the $300 immediately when I called them expressing my disappointment. The check arrived with title and a nice handwritten thank you note a few days later. I don't understand why more dealers don't get that a little professionalism, courtesy, and honesty is all it takes to be successful in this business? It seems the folks at Auto Source, however, do. So, I'll give Brandon 5-stars and the overall experience 4-stars, for an average of 4.5.

I purchased a CX‑30 on November 10 and worked with Ryan in financing. During the process, I…read moreexplained clearly that I planned to pay off the vehicle as soon as my funds were available -- within 3-4 days. I was told the dealership could not wait for the funds to be transferred, so I was required to finance the car. On top of that, I was pressured repeatedly to purchase the extended warranty. Ryan's approach was condescending and aggressive, and after significant pressure, I reluctantly agreed. I canceled the warranty shortly afterward on November 23. Because Ryan insisted on immediate funding, I ended up financing the full amount. I have since paid off the actual vehicle portion of the loan, but the canceled warranty amount is still sitting on my account and accruing interest. When I spoke with Ryan on December 19, he assured me that I would not be responsible for any finance charges related to the warranty portion of the loan -- which is the only remaining balance. I do not have the funds to cover a balance that should not exist in the first place. I called twice the week before Christmas and spoke with Ryan and another woman. Both times I was told I would receive a call back, and I never did. I then received an email from Wells Fargo stating that I am late on a payment -- again, for an amount that should have been removed weeks ago. I am now being charged over $200 in finance fees due to delays entirely on your end. On December 19, I was told the reimbursement would be "rushed." It is now January 6, and nothing has been processed. To make matters worse, I received a call from another salesperson attempting to sell me the same warranty again. Even after I repeatedly declined, he continued to pressure and berate me for information about my car until I finally had to hang up. This was completely inappropriate and felt harassing. At this point, I am extremely frustrated. The warranty was canceled on November 23. The dealership has repeatedly promised action and failed to follow through. I am now being financially penalized for delays and pressured sales tactics that were entirely outside my control. This experience has been unacceptable, and I would never consider purchasing another vehicle from Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda based on how this has been handled.
