I have been going to this location for years. Little to no problems, Christina and Michele are great to deal with. It can be hard to get an Audi loaner in an emergency but if they can do it they will. If they can't often they will pay for an Enterprise car for a day or two to help me out in a bad situation. Always fair and by far cheaper than Princeton Audi and that new Bridgewater Audi. Bridgewater told me I needed to replace my front Brakes and quoted me $1300... gave me some nonsense about a 20% off coupon... Still more expensive than the other 2 places I called. Princeton told me $1180 + 10% off.. Flemington did the job for $880. Same parts, same great experience. They wouldn't accept the other dealers 20% off coupon but it's hard to argue when they are $400+ difference. Service Manager always seems fair and willing to help me out if possible. Can't think of his name but he's always nice and smiling. In the end they told me to hold off unlike the Bridgewater location. I got another 8000 miles out of my brakes before the light came on. I've never been to a dealership that tries harder to make sure everything is fair and tells you not do the work even when you are asking them to just do it based on another locations recommendations. I'll go to Bridgewater for Oil and Filter Changes since I work there, but I'll stick with Flemington for all other repairs. To be fair Bridgewater Audi offered me a loaner the same day and Flemington Audi told be I had to wait 3... Really nice to have a car same day. I will say that the parking lot is rough in the morning. They do there best it seems but there are always a lot of delivery trucks in the way... I'd recommend Highly! read more

I leased an Audi A6 from Flemington Audi and I found the sales team to be very cooperative and helpful throughout the whole process. They answered my request on showing all the factors in going from the sales price with trade in to the lease monthly payment. The salesman, Anthony Danese, was very helpful in explaining and demonstrating all the controls and features, many of which were significantly different from my old car, including how to use voice control for navigation. He and service staff members were also helpful in trouble shooting why my cell phone didn't work for voice activated blue tooth integration. Bottom line, it was a pleasure to deal with Anthony and the sales manager, Doug Mathewson. read more

Very nice dealership! I found a car on line that I was interested in seeing, called the dealership and spoke with Victor. He was able to answer my questions and schedule a time to stop in and look at the car. Sue (sales person) showed me the car, answered more questions and worked through the purchasing process and insurance process so that everything would go smoothly. The staff at the dealership were very professional. They offered a fair price for the car and a fair price for my trade- in. Before I drove off in the new car, Sue set up the blue tooth connection for my phone and went over the controls to make sure I was comfortable driving. It was a very pleas experience. read more

Absolutely fantastic dealership. I found a used Audi online that I inquired about and had a response right away. I worked with John Rachmiel, who went above and beyond all of my expectations. He stayed late to accommodate my work schedule so that I could see the vehicle, and came in on his day off to let me test drive and work out the numbers. I never felt pressured, and John was extremely knowledgeable. Everyone was so pleasant, and I was very pleased with all aspects of the car. Highly recommended dealership, I will not buy from anywhere other than Flemington Audi! read more

Recently purchased 2014 Jetta Sportwagon TDI. My time situation was EXTREMELY TIGHT! Doug, the sales manager and Harrison, a new salesman on the floor went out of their way to accommodate me and managed to have me driving happily off the lot in less then 24 hours. They took care of every detail in a very friendly and professional manner. I have been a VW tdi driver for 12 years and have always had an excellent experience with my dealership in Canada and am very happy to see this continuing in Flemington. Kudos to all! Ciocca has made the decision to significantly reduce their loaner fleet and will no longer provide or reimburse for rental vehicles--even for warranty repairs. I received confirmation of this policy directly from their General Manager, Cecil Lam. While scaling back the loaner program is one matter, offering no transportation alternatives whatsoever--particularly for warranty-related service--is a different and more concerning issue. If post-purchase support is important to you, consider this a warning: BUYER BEWARE‼ read more

The Sales and the post-sales service and parts support team have been and continue to be the best our family has dealt with over our 28 years of about 20+ auto purchases. The senior management has established a very high and professional performance level for their dealership and the current team members continue to maintain it - thus making the buying and service relationship an ongoing enjoyable experience. Honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had with a car dealership. Victor Belisle was the young man I was talking with and knew every answer to every question I had. I was looking into purchasing a vw jetta but was not sure if to finance or to lease. Within seconds he was explaining the benefits of both side. But not once did he push me into making a decision that I didn't want to. All in all I would say hands down the best experience I've had after walking into a car dealership . read more

Recently purchased a pre-owned BMW from this dealership. I had been looking for this exact car for the past six months. I came all the way from Washington DC to pick it up. The service was excellent and the transaction went as smoothly as could be. Rob Barcellona (sales manager) facilitated the entire process and made the purchase extremely pleasurable. I will certainly be returning to this dealership for my next car! read more

I recently leased a car at Flemington VW. I negotiated the terms of the lease quickly and easily over the phone, spent less than 30 minutes at the dealership picking up the car and was on my way. Everyone I worked with at the dealership was wonderful, especially my sales associate, Debbie Lotufo. I wholeheartedly recommend Flemington VW/Audi. read more

Service here is excellent. Ask for Christina. In reading the other reviews, I smiled at the "this not a kid friendly place." Well I hope so. This is an upscale car dealership and it sure would not be pleasant for me to decide on my next Audi with screaming around. LOVE my hatchback 2008 A3. Sad they changed it to a sedan. Maybe a Q3 next?? read more
