I wanted to protect the carpeting in my vehicle so I ordered the heavy duty floor mats from Audi. They fit perfectly in my vehicle and snap into place. I ordered the ones for the front, rear and the trunk. I love the high end quality of these mats. Armando from the parts dept put them in for me and took out the carpet ones that came with the car. He told me to hold on to them because apparently the carpet ones are real expensive. I am so thrilled I got these mats. They fit perfectly and look nice too. read more

5 and a half hours waiting for an oil change. That's got to be a record even for Audi of El Paso. I would rather wait 7 hours for my car as a walk-in, then to have my appointment time stand for nothing. I received no video this time. Which is fine. But paperwork said the video was done. That's dishonest. If two hours pass and no one has looked at my vehicle, call me, be transparent, offer to do the job another day, communicate. Because if it took 5.5 hours to change my oil with an appt, that means my car sat there for 5 hours without being looked at. Please don't reach out to me with a public show of sympathy, and instead, run your business with integrity by treating your customers well, even when no one is looking. I bought a new Audi A6 about a month ago. The check engine light came on so I took it to the dealer on Montana Ave.. They told me it would be 3 days before they could even look at it. They didn't have any more loaners so I thought it would be difficult for me as I am a disabled veteran and have lots of VA appointments. I moved to El Paso so I could be close to a large VA Hospital because of all my problems. I am not from here and don't have any family or friends here. Wasn't sure what I would do. Audi stepped up and loaned me a new Q5 to drive until my A6 was done. I was so surprised. I don't know how to think them. I have serious PTSD and they took all the stress I was feeling away. Bought a 2025 GMC Sierra from Audi El Paso. Paid cash for the truck. Out-of-State buyer. Was told by the GM, David Lujan, that I would have my title within 10 days. It's been almost a month, and I still have not received it. I have contacted Mr. Lujan several times via text, and he has responded telling me he is in Germany and will have someone contact me. Then comes the electrical issues that they can never seem to duplicate. I will fill in all the details later, but a warning to not take your Audi here for service. I have had relationships with 2 other dealerships in the Dallas are with top notch service. Audi EP does not even come close. After my original review I found some major problems with their service, called to speak with Service Manager and never received so much as a call back. Just recently took my vehicle in for transmission issue and was told on numerous occasions it was fixed to then be told it wasn't. They finally said it needed a new transmission at $15,000. I picked up the vehicle only to find it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. When I dropped it off there were no warning lights and just a minor shift issue. When I picked it up it had a check engine light, transmission failure light, TPMS system failure light and was in limp mode. Totally unacceptable. I have shared this information with Audi USA and will be following up. I own 3 Audis and this experience has me seriously considering selling all and replacing with Lexus. Whatever you do, drive to another dealer (even if 4 hours away) for service. When I got my car home I also noticed my dashcam was missing, my rx sunglasses were missing and the battery had been drained. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I don't believe their techs really know what they are doing. read more

I had the kids with me and they offered to call a ride for me so I can go home instead and when the service is done they offered to pick me up...all free and no charge. Finally, the real diagnosis reveals that it is going to cost 7,000.00 to fix. The clincher; after keeping the car for THREE WEEKS they say "We do not have any loaners ". There is no sense of urgency or pride in work. Our lives have been put on hold since April. We purchased our second car from Audi of El Paso. The sales man Desmond was very helpful. We ran into issues with getting it tinted which I don't recommend using the company they use. The tint company they use is NOT good tint/work. We had to take it back to Audi for correction which they took care of us and got our vehicle re-tinted and accommodated us for the trouble. Had brought my vehicle in for repair and turns out it's gonna be 11k mf dollars and wasn't told that til after the inspection was done. So besides that when i get my car back my car still SOME how leaking still? So I text one of the customers service people (Paul) and he said "oh wow i wonder what it is" so i had to take it back to them and all they said was oh we just would pressure wash it. It's dirty like what? So i just agreed with it and went with it because didn't know i was getting played basically lol. but shit you not i bring it back and my eps and engine light comes on so my whole car basically turns off on the highway going home. so i take it back to the audi and again i don't know what they did to it to "fixed it" but the engine light wasn't on anymore so i thought it was fixed. So okay give me like 2 months later engine light comes on. take it for an oil change and shit you not HELLA oil under my car EVERYWHERE. there's still more just gonna keep it short. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE|DOES NOT TREAT MILITARY WELL| I've been really struggling to get some help from this dealership. I purchased my vehicle over 3 months ago from this location and I still haven't received my license plate/Tags that I PAID for. I've gone through two temporary tags and the current one has expired. I'm no longer living in Texas so I've called this location multiple time to get a new temp tag mailed to me and I either get a voicemail or no answer. I now can no longer drive my vehicle until Audi sends me either my actual tag or a temp tag. Absolute terrible customer service. Im extremely frustrated and I've left the sales manager multiple voicemails. I will be leaving a review like this every day until this situation is handled. read more

I recently purchased a 2017 Audi R8 from Audi Elpaso. The car was to be transported to Las Vegas This was in no way an inexpensive car and I agreed to the full asking price. I made this purchase from the written, verbal and photo presentation they provided. The car was totall misrepresented and I believe it was intensional. When it arrived the front grill was missing a section. The drivers window would not function, the dash was bubbling up, and the total exterior was covered in etched water spots. A represented small hard to see scratch was a cracked panel. A missing engine trim part they said they found and installed was still missing The interior had coins ,ripped up old bank deposit slips and old lotto tickets.The interior had an oder and obviously no one ever attempted to even clean it .. I plan to provide Audi corporate with names of the people who I worked with. Please know Audi is a great product but Audi ElPaso is a bad representative of the Audi brand read more

This place has horrible customer service. Purchased a used car using their used car sale site group1auto.com First off, Brandee (who I was told no longer works there) doesn't know how to return text messages. Secondly, I called numerous times to get to sales about speaking to someone in finance about getting GAP insurance and I had other questions. Never received a call back when my name and phone number was taken down. Third, since I wasn't a resident of Texas, I was told that in order for me to receive my hard plates, I would need to get the vehicle smogged in California. I wasn't going to be California till end of September or October. I specifically told the manager that and Brandee. My temp plates expired 8/13. I called to see if I can get my extended temporary plates sent to me. Karina (sp?) said that it was sent to me and it should be in the mail. The permanent plate was sent to my CA address. It wasn't the temporary plate that was sent. Anything for a sale but can't get things right when customer is asking for things to be done. I will never purchase a car through them. They're liars too. My boyfriend wanted to purchase a Subaru through the used auto sales group which was next door to their lot. The manager of El Paso Audi and Brandee told my BF it was sold. Come to find out, as I was with Mr. Casillas, signing the paperwork, my boyfriend went next door and the salesmen there told him the vehicle wasn't sold, it was still there on their lot. I can't stand not being told the truth. Had I know they lied, I never would have followed through with the sale. Carina was nice and was able to get me a copy of my new registration. Also to mention to my review , Audi El Paso has failed to mention that they created slight damage to my vehicle. When confronted , they denied it, saying I must have done damage to my own vehicle and put it on them (mind you, my vehicle was garage kept and I always park at a good distance to avoid cars being parked close.) But upon looking back at footage , they admitted to it. However there was no resolution on a timeline to get it fixed. I kept asking my service consultant for when I can get my vehicle in and never gotten an answer. The service department manager failed to reach out so we can discuss the options of the time in the incident. Months pass and of course no word. The "scratch" that they mentioned that could be fixed easily, indeed was deeper than what they realize , causing to get it filled , repainted, and new ceramic coating placement. So unfortunately that makes it worse on why I believe Audi El Paso is not worth for your vehicle to be taken for service . Only good thing I will say is having a great service consultant who kept great communication BUT I wish I could've gone to a private mechanic since I know I would not be going through so much money for unnecessary repairs & damages to my vehicle that Audi El Paso has admitted to. When I was already approved through my CU. These fools are a joke!! They kept sending me a credit application and said it wasn't filled out completely that they needed my SS. Get me they thought they were going to pull my credit! Don't let these scammers scam someone again! They finally told me if my credit union could wire them the money they would make the sale. I was also trading in my truck. So they wanted a 83k in their hand plus a 42k truck. Why would my CU rely on these dumbass to pay off their loan! How stupid! So the sale failed because my CU didn't sent them all the money plus the trade. These guys are trash They all need to be fired. I had an amazing service experience with Audi El Paso. I was driving cross country when the transmission warning light on my Audi A5 came on. It's never a good feeling when a warning light appears, but the timing could not have been worse. Fortunately, Audi El Paso said I could bring my car in right away to check the problem. The service department was extremely welcoming, and my service advisor, Ernie, was fantastic. Within a short time, they performed a diagnostic and found that there was no problem with the transmission; it was just a faulty warning light. That was a huge relief in many ways, especially since the car is out of warranty. How wonderful to find an honest car dealership with service that comes through when you really need it. I have nothing but great things to say about Ernie and the entire team at the Audi El Paso service department. read more

A couple of years ago, I signed a loan for an A3 and the salesperson convinced me to add #audicare by promising me all sorts of benefits. But when I tried to use my prepaid service, the El Paso Audi service center said I had no such plan on file. So, I ended up paying out of pocket for my services since I couldn't find my initial documents. Finally, earlier this month, I found the service agreement buried in my email. I reached out to #audicustomerservice, but they just directed me back to the dealership. I've called and messaged several times, but no manager has returned my call about my refund. One guy I spoke to even told me I was SOL because my audio care had expired. Now, I take full responsibility for not coming off white enough when I initiated this complaint, I did not tapp my foot hard enough or did not bring my chihuahua dog with me when I tried to get help at the dealership. But seriously, it's 2023 and half the staff is my color... are we really doing this? According to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, my next step is to wait for Audi USA to respond to my complaint submitted at the FTC website. If they don't respond, I'll have to start the long process of pressing charges against them for not returning my money for a service I prepaid for but couldn't use. I bought what appeared to be a nice used truck from Audi of El Paso. I made it very easy for them, paid full asking price, let them arrange the financing, and gave them plenty of time to prepare the truck for me to pick up. I drove over 300 miles to buy this truck, it was exactly what I was looking for. On the fourth day after purchase, I had a check engine light come on. I immediately contacted the salesman with NO response. I have made 3 attempts and to this day (day 6) have yet to receive a reply of any kind. Needless to say, I am disappointed with their lack of follow-up or even basic customer service. I have not even had the truck for a week, and now will have to have it towed to a local dealership to find out what the check engine light is for. On top of that, I will have to pay for repairs on a vehicle that I haven't had for a week yet. The salesman swore that this truck was gone over from top to bottom by their mechanics, 150 point inspection, etc. with a clean bill of health, yet here is sits, a pretty $25,000 yard ornament that I will be paying on for the next 5 years. I understand not wanting to give warranties on used cars, but seriously? 4 days? They seem focused on the sale, not any type of follow up, customer service, or repeat business. read more

Terrible service. Bought a jeep here a year back since we needed to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. Less than a year after purchasing, the car completely stopped working, no clue why. It was very difficult to get in contact with Audi, the receptionist is rude and hung up on me twice. They don't return messages like they say they do. After getting in contact with corporate I finally heard back from them. I had to fight to have my jeep towed back down from Tucson back to El Paso (which was another headache). What I wanted at this point was just to get out of that car already, it was very unreliable and had many issues throughout the time I had it. We traded it in to get a 4runner. We did whatever to get rid of the jeep even though the 4runner was out of budget, we were that desperate. We were pleased just to at least have a working car at this point. However, I am unsatisfied with the condition it is in. It had cracks in the windshield which I had to pay to repair and it was straight out of the dealership. Many plastic caps and pieces in the car are missing. A light accessory on the left door is missing and much much more... At this point I won't even call them to complain. I will just write this poor review to steer away any future customers. They will get you into any car as long as they are taking your money while putting you into a crappy car. Like I said I'm just glad I have a car now to get me from Place A to Place B. I regret ever buying a car here and trading in my Acura I had for 7 years to this place. read more

The dealership charges $345 for labor and couldn't even do the simple things I asked them to do additionally. This is the second time I've asked to get my license plate border replaced and they still didn't do it. They couldn't even give me more screen cleaner cause they've been out of it for months. For the money I'm paying I would expect waaaay better service. Just because they're the dealership they feel entitled to do so, but I'm sure there are other mechanics in El Paso that can service an Audi. The time in which they promised my car was exceeded by 3+ hours. I went in that morning with 100 miles left in my tank and got it back with 55. The paperwork stated I entered with 30,285 miles on my odometer and left with 30,288 miles which is a lie. I do not feel comfortable with my car being driven around THAT much when taking it for a service. The only positive experience I had from this visit was my Lyft home and to the dealership was paid for, which is the bare minimum considering they charge $345 for labor. They got a better facility, but quality of service definitely went down. Whenever I called to ask about my car, they never answered, or when they did they hung up on me. read more

One star is excessive. I accidentally gave El Paso Audi a good report when I was actually talking about Spokane Audi. Now that I have had the experience with El Paso Audi I must respond. They are terrible, the person that they assigned me took Friday off and I could not find out where my car was or when to pick it up. The costs were absurd, over 300 dollars in labor to replace a battery, they nickel and dime to boost the price of the service. If this is the only Audi service in the El Paso area, my advice is to buy a different brand of car. We were yo-yoed all over the state of Texas playing telephone tag,trying to find out where the car was and when and where to pick up our car, and the bill was absurd. If you have to deal with these folks beware, they turn off their phones on Friday. I probably should not even put one star! There are a few people in the service department that are completly and utterly rude! I brought my car in for service and to fix a gasoline tank door that fell off by itself, which was a manufacturing defect. First of all, my car is under warranty and this manufacturing defect should be covered. They told me that "this just does not happen" to the cars and wanted me to pay $300 for this. Then they started questioning me if I had let anyone drive my car and they "accidentally" took of the gas tank door because their was some type of tape on the door, in which I had no idea why it was there. Then they had the nerve to tell me I put the taping on my gas tank door and they were considering it a "pre-existing" condition. Then I call to ask when I can come get my car and they don't call me back until a whole day later and tell me I am going to be responsible for my loaner car, when I live out of town and have to travel to this location! They should have called me earlier. Also when I explained to the manager that I was not going to pay $300 for this, he said they already had it ready but would just "throw it away"- doesn't seem like good management to me! This is not my first time I have had a problem with the service department. They will fight you to get every last penny. It is too bad they don't treat their customers with more respect. I realize for many people this Audi service department is the only one available in the area and is your only option. But please be aware that they will try to put blame on you and fight for every thing. I do realize this is not every single person in their service department that is like this, but I personally had this awful experience with one of the women in the receiving area and the manager. Made a deal on a truck then i decided to trade in my truck. We came to an agreement on the trade in value. When the sales man brought back the paperwork my trade in value was almost 2,000 dollars less. They pretended to make up for it with a tax discount that everyone that has a trade in gets. I questioned the salesman several times about it and he said don't worry you'll get the amount we agreed. I questioned him several times and said the same thing every single time!!! Once we got to finance , of course I was getting almost 2,0000 dollars less for my trade in. Once we caught them in the lie the finance person got upset and rude and said we didn't have to buy it and to leave if we wanted to. If we wouldn't of been careful they would of given me a lot less for my trade in than we agree. Be careful with these guys they will lie to your face with no shame. Shopping for a car at Audi El Paso (Garcia Automotive Group) was an amazing experience! I was in a lease with BMW and had some negative equity and was looking to get out and into a purchase. The minute I met with Daniel Casillas he took the time to give me the luxury experience that Audi is known for. I didn't have to deal with going back and forth between sales and finance once we found a car that worked with me and my budget. I met with Joe Negrete and my sales Daniel and we sat and we talked numbers- no back and forth, straight to the point- transparent numbers and no pressure. I didn't have to negotiate, and didn't feel like I was getting cheated with over inflated numbers. Joe Proctor did my paperwork contract, gave me all the options Audi offers, ie. tire coverage, gap insurance, extended warranty made it super easy and a wonderful experience.
