    Audi FINALLY recalls the Q5 ... although this notice states they aren't sending out notifications until the end of this month.

    Audi El Paso reminds you of that shady used car dealership that promises you the moon and makes you feel like you're buying the best. In actuality they leave you feeling defeated and helpless!!! Then comes the electrical issues that they can never seem to duplicate. So you start videoing and taking photos to prove your point...with this they admit there is an issue but say there is no permanent fix for now so "unfortunately your Q5 will continue to act crazy". They also promise loaner cars, pick up and drop off but none of that really happens. They never have a loaner available, sorry I don't want an Uber ride home. So they'll drive you home......IN A MERCEDES . True story. Save yourself the stress and money, luxury isn't all it's made out to be!! Go back to American made!! I'd give them zero stars if I could!!! I will admit the service folks are nice as can be as is their new customer service rep, Sonia! The General Manager Joe N. is the sleaziest of them all! Making promises that he's there for you,provides you with his phone number but will NEVER return a call and or text!! Audi has been well aware of the gateway problem for more than an year and they are just now doing a recall on it!!? Crazy!!!!

    Last month I came in twice for 2 different services on my Audi and the customer service here is great. I had the kids with me and they offered to call a ride for me so I can go home instead and when the service is done they offered to pick me up...all free and no charge. I am her again but for an oil change. The Team here is great and they really get to known the customer and your vehicle.

    Had one of the worse time trying to get my car fixed with audi in el paso. First time at audi too and still have the worse customer service ever man. Had brought my vehicle in for repair and turns out it's gonna be 11k mf dollars and wasn't told that til after the inspection was done. So besides that when i get my car back my car still SOME how leaking still? So I text one of the customers service people (Paul) and he said "oh wow i wonder what it is" so i had to take it back to them and all they said was oh we just would pressure wash it. It's dirty like what? So i just agreed with it and went with it because didn't know i was getting played basically lol. but shit you not i bring it back and my eps and engine light comes on so my whole car basically turns off on the highway going home. so i take it back to the audi and again i don't know what they did to it to "fixed it" but the engine light wasn't on anymore so i thought it was fixed. So okay give me like 2 months later engine light comes on. take it for an oil change and shit you not HELLA oil under my car EVERYWHERE. there's still more just gonna keep it short. MY CAR STILL LEAKS, AND IM 11k BROKER AND 11k BASICALLY TOOK FOR NO REASON. so i really don't recommend dealerships. Find your owe good mechanic. Thank you for your time.

I purchased a 2014 Mercedes CLA250…read more I was told everything was 100%. few weeks later I found out the battery was completely the wrong kind. Mercedes requires a gel battery (I paid $400) which the car came with a cheap acid battery. Later the car broke down on me and wouldn't start. I spoke to the owner and he I had to pay half of the repairs even with "warranty" the vehicle had. That's another $400. and finally, 8 months later the vehicle completely gave out on me while I was on the freeway. I paid for a tow truck and called the owner Arnie again. He said the warranty I had was only for 6 months not the 8 months I was told it was for. He said he'd see what he can do but after texts and calls he never reached back out. very disappointed considering I gave $5000 as a down payment, and I am now stuck on a 60-month finance for a non-working vehicle. I recommend you go elsewhere for a reliable vehicle or have a mechanic inspect the vehicle after purchasing. This is my real review, not those fake ones you see on google. had I just gotten the proper help or a replacement vehicle I would've kept my original good reviews I gave them. We stopped by an auto repair shop 1.5 hours away from EP & was told we needed to stay overnight to get the part and to have it replaced. We figured the best thing to do was go to EP for a Nissan Dealer Service. We called one other Nissan dealer in EP and was told the same and, "You'd be extremely lucky if you could get the part today." Well, we called Casa Nissan and was told that they'd see what they could do. Paul returned my call in minutes and took down my car info. He stated they would get the part & express service our vehicle so we could be back on the road to our destination. We arrived an hour later, and they had a stall already reserved. My family and I got to rest and eat after 8 hours of non-stop driving. After a couple of hours, the problem was fixed! Casa Nissan was extremely professional and transparent about the work & cost. They were very busy today, and I appreciated that they took our situation into consideration. (We are a family traveling with 3 small kids.)     My check engine light came on which is what brought me to the dealership this morning. Leonard initially helped me and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. My vehicle will need to stay here for a few hours so I will be utilizing the free shuttle the dealership provides to take me home. So far this has been a good experience. The waiting area is very nice with a tv, reading material and free coffee available while you wait. I've heard good and bad things about this dealership but so far my experience with them has been great from the day I bought the vehicle 2 years ago up until now. I would recommend checking them out if you're looking to purchase a vehicle or need some services done.

    Horrible customer service! First few times were ok. They did the basic and I was out of there…read more(brand new car didn't need much). Then I asked to get a quote for new tires after my oil change. They tell me I'm going to get an email because it's all digital now (never got anything). I called yesterday and asked how late I'd be able to bring my car in for an oil change (I made sure I was talking to someone from the service department). She tells me 4:30 pm. I get there at exactly 3:35 pm for some guy to tell me their deadline is 3:30 pm. I communicate the details of my phone call with him so he goes to "ask for permission" and then told me they won't take my car. I called after leaving to ask a manager why there is false information spread on the phone and 0 exeptions for their mistake. He said if I'm willing to wait extra they'd take me in. If only they coukd stop wasting people's time and tell them that before shutting the door on them for a mistake they're the ones that made, that "business" would have a lot of potential, but this is just the perfect definition for the word "unprofessional". Nothing more. I won't be returning guaranteed.
