Charge disconnect every time I go to charge vehicle
Vonda M.

I purchased a new 2025 Audi A6 E-tron, been experiencing several charging and camera issues, I was sent to this dealership due to Parker not having a loaner car, I had 40 mi of charge left so making it back home to Aurora was sketchy. When I arrived I was told I had to put 250.00 down on a loaner car. I was never told this nor is it the text they sent. This being a safety issue under warranty I was told there's nothing they can do blaaaaa haaaa . This car has been a nightmare! I expected better service and quality . Audi knows these have charging issues my advice don't buy any EV vehicle from Audi I'm out 70,000 for aPOS that I can't drive

Got my new car it's first oil change and I struck gold with this place. It was insanely easy to schedule a service appointment (got in next day which is insanely rare for me in other states I've lived). They have a coffee bar and snacks which was awesome. Got a really great chai/oat milk latte and I worked in a private room so I could hold my meetings and they.came and got me and shared video via text of the service and explained what they did. 10/10 service, communication, friendliness and amenities. I will definitely be back!

How much does an oil change cost?

Is there a key drop box for after hours?

Yes there is. If you park your car then In front of the service area is a black metal box. Inside are envelopes to fill out your contact information and put your keys inside. After you seal the envelope there is a mail slot on the side of the glass… Read more

That statement was false and misleading. When I went to sell the car, I discovered that the DMV had recorded an accident on the vehicle a full year before I bought it. This misrepresentation cost me a $3,000 in lost value, verified by an auto broker who showed me recent comparable sales of nearly identical vehicles. When I raised this issue with CarMax, they refused to accept any responsibility or compensate me for any of the loss in value. CarMax heavily markets "peace of mind" and "transparency," but my experience shows those claims are hollow. If their employees can misrepresent a car's history and the company refuses to make it right, then buyers cannot trust the accuracy of anything they're told. Furthermore, do not rely on the CarMax vehicle inspection to uncover previous damage that would have been discoverable by a competent mechanic. Be certain to complete an independent pre-purchase inspection using a competent mechanic. CarMax misrepresented the vehicle I purchased, and their refusal to stand behind their word shows a lack of integrity. Buyers beware--you could be left with a car worth thousands less than you were led to believe.

Bryant my salesman was so easy to deal with. No pressure, just a relaxing easy experience. I was happily surprised to find out that Zach the sales manager is still there and he's a huge reason that I keep coming back to Groove Toyota. It was a very smooth, stress free, and quick experience. I literally walked in at 9am, and by lunch I had a deal, and signed on a new truck. I know in today's world, there's a lot of high pressure sales and dealerships that forget about you after the deals done, but this dealership cares about you and the relationship they build with you. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone who wants an exceptional experience when purchasing a vehicle, because this is your place, and you will not regret it!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!…read more My experience at Groove Toyota was one of the most stressful, misleading, and unprofessional dealership visits I've ever had. Vinny, Chuck, and Luis pushed aggressively for my wife and I to put down a $1,000 deposit, repeatedly calling it "refundable," even though both the credit‑card form and the sales form clearly said NON‑REFUNDABLE in the fine print. When I questioned it, Chuck tried to claim their "past GM didn't allow refunds" and that the paperwork was "outdated," but they would "honor" a refund anyway, which was clearly not true. They also told us there were no hidden fees, yet the paperwork included a credit‑card surcharge of around 3% that they never disclosed upfront. During the test drive, we explained that we needed a bigger vehicle because of our two little ones at home, who were being babysat that night. We also told them we had spent the entire day in Boulder for a graduation and dinner before heading south. Even with all of that, they continued to pressure us to stay. They kept us there past closing, until about 930 PM insisting we wait for a pre‑approval that realistically wasn't going to come through that late at night. It felt like they were doing everything possible to keep us from leaving, despite knowing we had children waiting at home. Vinny the sales advisor and Chuck the salesman worked together to keep us at bay the entire time. Luis, the finance/gap guy, told us they would only hold the vehicle until noon the next day, even with a down deposit because he said that we were going to waste their time selling the vehicle to other potential customers.... (Yep, putting a deposit means nothing here). What made the whole situation even more suspicious was the time wasted and the timing of everything. The vehicle had been listed for 21 days with no interior photos on their website, and the moment I reached out, they suddenly claimed it needed to be "detailed and inspected." At the same time, they told us another customer was "already looking at it," even though the website still had no interior photos and they admitted it had to go through inspection first. The whole thing felt engineered just to get us in the door. The funny thing, Chuck had called and texted me 3-4 times earlier that day, pushing us to come in "first thing in the morning" to test drive the van. Begging us even when I had told him that day was going to be busy for me, but I made the mistake to make it out that way later in the evening. After holding us up all night, he ghosted us the next morning and didn't respond until the afternoon only to say the vehicle had sold. They also told us they would take $750 off the sale price, but the OTD numbers they presented didn't include that discount at all. Before that Chuck tried to sell me a windshield warranty he no clue about (didn't even know how long it was covered for). They mentioned that the tax rate I was going to pay was going to be near 2.5k~ in taxes for a 10+ year old car even though I live in a unincorporated tax county. In the end they tried to rush us into signing paperwork that didn't match what they promised. And the urgency they created was completely fake. Chuck claimed the sales advisors were about to sell the vehicle "any moment," but when we arrived, the keys were sitting in their repair shop, nowhere near being shown or sold. We showed up unannounced to get a scoop of the dealer. To top it off, they pulled a hard credit check the next morning, and we didn't even get approved but we had mentioned we were already pre-approved with our credit union long after they pressured us to stay. The entire experience felt manipulative, disrespectful, and completely out of line with what a dealership should be. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic respect for your time and family, be extremely cautious here and read every line of fine print because what they say and what they actually present on paper are two very different things.

I brought the vehicle in again as it didn't drive quite as well. No check engine light. 58K on the odometer, I requested a 60K service (customer pay). There are two 60k services for this vehicle, AutoNation's version and Ford's. I requested Ford's maintenance as it was more comprehensive to me. I requested that all fluids be drained, flushed and renewed. Engine oil & filter, transmission fluid & filter, front and rear differentials, transferbox, cabin and air filters as I was traveling to NJ for the Thanksgiving holiday. The service department knew that. The oil in the transfer box was not changed, nor the air and cabin filters. Would you trust anything that they did? I didn't. After my break down and inspection by a 3rd party, I traded it in, after I paid for the repairs. Returning home to CO, I broke down going over the Mississippi from IL to MO on Sunday the 1st. Found a hotel and a Ford dealer in the St. Louis, MO area. Failure of a cross threaded bolt, filled with Locktite could not withstand the pressures put on it. This bolt is 1 of 3 that hold the High Pressure (HP) fuel pump, driven by the camshaft. By compromising the mounting bolts, this was a doomed failure waiting to happen. At this point I have two different technicians doing the same thing. Crossthreading. One with a lug nut, the other a critical mounting component of the engine. Had a qualified technician done the 60k inspection including a read out of codes, which could have led to further diagnosis PREVENTING failure that left me and my family stranded in a snowstorm. There is no such talent at this facility. I have zero confidence that they can fix your Ford here. Or as in my case, returning a lesser product to me. After giving AutoNation Littleton Ford a perfectly well maintained 2018 F150 Raptor, it came back to me damaged, broken, stranded, and leaving me with zero confidence. Do yourself a favor and avoid this service department. Mark, With no respect, YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. This is intolerable. Before you post, make sure that your facts are correct. I can see where this culture is created.
