I've even had stylists w used a straight edge razor It literally looks like I let a five year-old practice cutting my hair it's not even it's definitely not as close as what somebody would get with clippers it looks like somebody just whacking pieces out of it here and there. The excuse of I don't do clipper cuts or use clippers is not relevant. I've had stylist who use straight razors who don't use scissors who don't use clippers it doesn't make up for a bad sloppy haircut either you know how to cut hair or you don't. The salon is very nice. It has a relaxed upscale vibe to it. They did not charge me for the haircut and they offered to have a different stylist fix it however, I am in a time crunch. If I'm going to have somebody fix it I want the stylist that originally did it to learn how to use scissors to get a close clean cut when doing hair because you can get a nice clean finished product using just scissors. You would be better off letting a five year old cut your hair. This place has over rated air of quality. Maybe some of the stylists are talented and create a comfortable welcoming atmosphere. My experience was someone who did it want to be there, asked canned questions repeatedly because they were not present in the conversation. I am the person that is in shorts and a t shirt, I don't dress to impress to go to get my hair cut.

After the initial color application produced little change, additional toner was applied for approximately 40 minutes. The result was bright pink hair, followed by a second correction attempt that left my roots bright orange. As a teacher with a strict professional dress code, these results were not wearable for work. When I contacted the salon the next day seeking a correction, I was told I would need to pay an additional $40 for product to fix the color. I did not feel I should be charged to correct a result that was not what I requested. After requesting to speak with the owner, I was informed the salon had decided to "part ways" with me and offered a $40 refund on my $250 service. The disappointing color result was frustrating, but the lack of accountability and customer service afterward was even more disappointing. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.
