If you want to spend $50k paying these guys to 'fix' your roof, expect the following: - they only show up a couple days a week and only work for a couple hours (which is why our house roof took them 4 MONTHS) - they leave construction debris all over your attic, roof, and yard in addition to soda cans - stabilizing your roof and securing new bracing means placing a few 2x8's in the middle of your attic - project manager never shows up when he says he will and never returns your calls even when he promised to show up or call at specific times. - when they are finished 'fixing' things your roof will still leak and your house will still suffer from water intrusion And after all of that, they tell us that half of the work they said they would do wasn't included in our contract. Why would we ever pay $50k if they weren't going to fix any of the main problems? Sickening behavior.
