They all tested fine. I left that day and still had a charging issue. About every week or two, I would need to boost this vehicle off. Battery/alternator okay...no parasitic loss...no electrical shorts or blown relays/fuses...what could be the problem? I took it back to O'Reilly. Raphael started researching the vehicles battery application and found the problem! I had been sold a smaller capacity battery. While this small battery had enough charge to start the vehicle and run it for a few weeks, it was slowly discharging energy up until the point it could bo longer start the vehicle. Raphael and Hunter fixed my issue! Great job Raphael and Hunter!

There aren't many motorcycle gear shops around Memphis so I make it a point to support them and purchase from them whenever I can. The store has a good selection of helmets and a reasonable selection of gear covering different styles (i.e. sport, cruiser, motocross). The price/quality of the in-store gear fits the entry to mid-level range. As much as it would be nice to see a broader diversity or higher end stuff it probably does not make sense given the shop space and local market. Despite the limited in-store selection they are able to order pretty much anything and have it delivered to home or shop for free. Being a sister company to a large online retailer orders placed at Cycle Gear are likely handled by the same distribution network and with the same speed. Great place, glad to have them around.
