The arrangements are a solid value: they've always been delivered on time (out to a not-easy rural location, too) and they've always been pretty. One more thing as to value, Mom particularly carries on about how long the flowers from Rubia's last (sometimes I'm pretty amazed). One small downside: they're closed on Mondays. Rubia's is our first go-to in the area, but on a Monday (as just happened a minute ago) they lose out to the other big outfit in town.
