They took an ENTIRE 2 MONTHS EXTRA to deliver. And the "careful packaging" was everything thrown on top of each other! Absolutely the most regretful experience. I can't describe to you the urgency of which I insist you reconsider companies. Their insurance only covered $45 out of approximately $18,000 in damages. Absolutely heart crushed.

They have the most polite sales force but are brokers and you don't know what you will get- pick up guys were nice and talked me into extra $$$ to wrap the Mattress... delivery guy I was at his mercy when he'd deliver it and he used local people to unpack who weren't that impressed with his professionalism. He didn't put anything down to protect the floors though it was raining- wanted to sign he'd completed delivery and I could still see my bike on His truck- my items were not separated from other peoples/ I could he him pulling stuff tucked here and there and that prob how they lost some boxes of kitchen stuff. Three weeks of calling and getting dumped in dispatch voice mail I give up- I expected a refund of the extra $ for the mattress or maybe an apology but they could care less. Use a different company.
