Absolutely tragic thousands and thousands of dollars of personal belongings, from irreplaceable…read moreartwork and sentimental inherited belongings, to furniture and items of extreme importance, all water damaged, broken, smelly, or otherwise harmed. They took an ENTIRE 2 MONTHS EXTRA to deliver. And the "careful packaging" was everything thrown on top of each other! Absolutely the most regretful experience. I can't describe to you the urgency of which I insist you reconsider companies. Their insurance only covered $45 out of approximately $18,000 in damages. Absolutely heart crushed.

He didn't put anything down to protect the floors though it was raining- wanted to sign he'd completed delivery and I could still see my bike on His truck- my items were not separated from other peoples/ I could he him pulling stuff tucked here and there and that prob how they lost some boxes of kitchen stuff. Three weeks of calling and getting dumped in dispatch voice mail I give up- I expected a refund of the extra $ for the mattress or maybe an apology but they could care less. Use a different company.

But when you go to leave before the next month you will not get a refund. They say it is in the contract that there isn't a refund. When Ron had it, he gave back a refund for the days you didn't use the service. They charge you more than what is listed on the website. So be prepared to pay more.
